I am submitting this deck for critique. I have only done minor playtesting and have not accounted for my local metagame, but this deck seems to be too slow. This deck gets rolling around turn 8 or 9, but I am very defenseless beforehand. If anyone could offer some tidbits of helpful info, I'd appreciate it.
You should either put in more non-basics or run non-basic hate like Blood Moon & Back to Basics. I also have a compulsion to recommend Aura Thief to anyone playing Jhoira.

As far as early game survival goes, I'd add in Evacuation, Wash Out, and some copy/steal effects like Clone and Spelljack. I'd probably cut Dragon Mage, Scourge of Kher Ridges, and Epochrasite at least. They're all okay, but not really as awesome as many of the things you could have post-Obliterate, and not amazing beforehand.
