Im using Lin Sivvi, Defiant Hero as my general and it is gear to be played multiplayer. I dont wanna be aggressive and i want to be defensive enough, so i can clear they way for my life.dec combo
I believe the other colors would only produce generic mana. I only need generic mana anyways when it comes to using the rebel ability
Unfortunately this is not the case.
Decks cannot contain cards that have mana symbols outside of their General's colours.
So Calciform Pools and Saltcrusted Steppe are both a no go in a mono white deck.
However, Esper, Bant, and Naya Panorama are allowed. They do not contain mana symbols, and only the words "Island, Forest, Swamp" etc. So they are perfectly legal in any deck.
Guilty Doll combo isn't very good in multiplayer as you can only use it to kill one player. It's good in duels though. Also, Celestial Convergence is extremely weak. It will be hard for even Test of Endurance to last a lap around the table sometimes, in multiplayer especially. Convergence is a wasted slot and a wasted play. A better alt. win con is Phyrexian Processor, and I also like Storm Herd.
Many of your rebels are not needed, nimbus knight for instance does nothing in EDH, and amrou scout is not worth it when you already have zealot. Evasive rebels need equipment to work. You MUST run Lightning Greaves to protect Sivvi, and between it and Pariah's Shield, also run Steelshaper's Gift. If you want to make the most of Zealot il-Vec, I'd also include Quietus Spike (kill 1 dude/attack), as well as jitte and the two swords. Then you'll be wanting the awesome Stonehewer Giant as well. For more inspiration, check out the list I posted in the other thread. Lemme know if you have any questions about odd choices or omissions.
EDIT: Also, you're not running any mana acceleration, which is key to make the most out of Sivvi. Ancient Tomb, Sol Ring and Mana Crypt all help getting her out earlier. Extraplanar Lens and Gauntlet of Power are two good reasons to play mono-colored edh decks at all, and crucial for Sivvi. I also like Thran Dynamo.

As people said before about the off color lands, you also can not run Orim's Thunder or Dismantling Blow in mono white. There's the new Solemn Offering which costs the same and gains you life, however it's a sorcery as opposed to instant. There are also creatures that destroy artifacts and/or enchantments when they come into play... however the best spell for anti-artifact enchantment hate (that's a one-for-one at least) is Aura of Silence. It slows the crap out of some decks. Fountain of Cho just sucks because it gives you 1 mana every 3 turns. It's just awful. Try Temple of the False god for mana accel. Since your mono-white, you could definitely run Thawing Glaciers as well.
Return to Dust and Aura of Silence are the best anti-art/ench cards in white. You really don't want "destroy single target" effects in EDH (multiplayer especially) but RtD is good because it RFGs (recursion is very common) and can hit two targets. AoS is good because it slows down all opponents and then hits the biggest threat after it becomes obsolete. I also run Archon of Justice, which works well with sweepers, creature recursion and sac outlets. The primary reason to run spot removal (preferably instant speed RFG/exile) is to stop combos, as you should be pretty safe from "normal" threats thanks to life/pariah combo, sweepers etc. GY hosers like Stonecloaker and Phyrexian Furnace can work equally well for this.
Temple of the False God is not that good in practice, as it won't count as a land until you already have four other lands (use Ancient Tomb instead). I used to run Thawing Glaciers, but I found Endless Horizons to be a lot better, and the two have slight anti-synergy, so I gut glaciers and never looked back.

I worried about that too, but it's really, really not a problem. Of course, you shouldn't go "t1 plains, sol ring, t2 plains, horizons remove all my plains." You play horizons when the lands stop coming at a steady pace, and by then you have lots of mana on the board already. The land thinning is the juicy part, getting free plains is gravy. You also have all your non-basics left in the deck, so it's all good.

and also flagstones of trokair. It's a bit tricky, but if you get flagstones and Dust Bowl together (using wayfarer for example), you can sac flagstones to dust bowl and get mistveil plains. Add cruible of worlds to that mix and it gets really nasty.
