Out of curiosity, why are you choosing Tavoc as the general and not Kaervek the Merciless? Both bring a lot of player hate, but one can actually win the game for you rather than just make them scared to play their general. It is a strong general regardless, but with your list less general-dependent, you have a lot of room to evolve the deck. Have you considered really offbeat generals in your colors (Boris Devilboon comes to mind)?
My only real big change i would suggest is replacing the Beacon of Destruction with Soul Burn, as when i play B/R, i tend to run low on life fast. Maybe swap Chainer's Edict with Innocent Blood if your deck is more tuned for multiplayer.
Out of personal preference, I would cut the Knollspine Dragon for something more useful. Stuffy Doll would be a great replacement, especially for your Pestilence and Pyrohemia to leave your gamebreaking enchantments on the board.
"Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience."

The list was for kaervek, but I just traded for a tsabo tavoc and wanted to give her a try.
I have to say, Kaervek is the most powerful R/B general available, and possibly one of the best generals period. Not to rain on your parade (I love to test out new generals), but I would switch back to Kaervek. Tsabo would still be really good as part of the deck though!
Well at least with Tsabo Tavoc as your general people are less likely to hate on you as you build your lands closer to 7 mana than you would with Kaervek and you can still play Kaervek in your list anyways.
