Its my 1st attempt to play EDH. I just learned most of the rules and dos and donts. Around my play area after tourneys, people would usually run EDH multiplayer and I wanted to join.
Anyways, I was trying to break Lin Sivvi in Legacy but it didnt work, so in a way, i want this to be an outlet of me using her (shes my favourite legendary creature). Also I can use Land Tax
I dont have a current decklist right now although i am looking for ideas so I can put together a decent multiplayer deck.
Here are some of my ideas if im going to run her (fetch combo/synergy pieces):
I see a lot of mono w decks running out of gas early on even with a versatile general. Needs some kind of power card draw to keep up with other decks that produce mana and cards faster (ie. Momir Vig, Rofellos, Rafiq, etc).
I've done some extensive work on Lin Sivvi both on this forum and the dedicated edh-forum. It's a very strong deck thanks to being able to steam roll Braids (through Lightbringer and 1cc removal) and Zur (Bound in Silence doesn't target and is unaffected by phasing) - two of the top decks. Mass removal, life combo and pariah combo is also very strong against all aggro. It's weakest MU 1-on-1 is against dedicated board control that keep killing Sivvi before she can activate. If you can't get Lightning Greaves to solve this, it's better to just not play Sivvi and just play the deck (read: don't include too many rebels so you depend only on them).
Most of the elements in the list below have been play tested by several people. In my most recent list, I've incorporated a 10 card SB. The main deck is optimized for a generic multi-player game, but the SB can be used to tweak for both multi and 1-on-1 games. If you do not use sideboards, several of the SB cards should probably be maindecked depending on the generals in your play group.
A few card explanations/interactions..
*1cc dudes + Ranger: Weenie flood helps with the Mirror Entity win option. Martyr can also get you a Test win without life combo, recurring children makes for cheap defense, and wayfarer rocks, especially together with mistveil plains or crucible. Generally, only run good utility creatures in this deck as beats are pointless with Mirror Entity.
*Defiant Vanguard: The only other rebel searcher worth running IMO. Surprise kills non-flying generals attacking you. Good to have in the grave if Sivvi gets shuffled in - just return him through SoLas/Guide/Lark and you can get Sivvi back.
*Zealot il-Vec: Sometime you really want fetchable evasion to use with all the quality equipment you run. Also a killing machine with Quietus Spike.
*Stonecloaker: Best graveyard hate in the game, and can save Sivvi in a pinch.
*Archon of Justice: Very useful with your 6 sweepers and the sacrificial outlets from life combo, plus can be returned with SoLaS/Guide and is a decent battlefield control piece. Very multi purpose!
*Stonehewer Giant: If this gets to attack, you will soon have something like Progenitus with Extra Cheese on the board. Also helps find Pariah combo.
*Twilight Shepherd: Abuses your sweepers and come into play/leave play creatures immensly.
*Phyrexian Processor: Another win con that's good in EDH but extra solid with life combo.
*Condemn: This gets the nod over StP/PtE for the main since 1-for-1 creature removal isn't all that in multi player, but it's sometimes needed against fast combo generals. Condemn has the advantage of being another source for life combo and shuffling the general away, so that's why it's in the main.
*Tithe: Another source for Mistveil Plains - a very important card for both the Sivvi engine and the deck as a whole.
*Storm Herd: Another win con that works well with life combo, and easy to power out with lens/dynamo/gauntlet etc.
*Snow-Covered Plains: Super secret tech with Lens so other players won't benefit from it.
*Flagstones + Dust Bowl: Cheesy when used with either Crucible or Wayfarer. Ramp your own mana while destroying your opponents'.
Sideboard
*Lightbringer/Lawbringer: Of course bring this in if you have good targets for them. If you don't play with sideboard and have Braids in your meta, you must MD lightbringer. Lawbringer helps a lot against Jhoira and Niv Mizzet etc., but isn't as crucial.
*StP/PtE/Mask/Cap: Depending on how much combo you face. Cap is generally bad to board in a multi-player game though.
*Whipcorder: Tech against Rofellos and any other deck expecting to use creature tap abilities in the main phase. Too whimsical to be used in the main against attacking generals though (Bound in Silence and Kor Haven work better there).
*Guilty + Doll: Always board this in when playing 1-on-1 and take out the 2 least efficient cards from the main for that MU. It's a two card insta-kill combo that fits nicely into the deck's shell. Not too significant in multi-player though.
*Sacred Ground: Sivvi is very mana hungry, making land sweepers (often courtesy of Jhoira decks) an achilles heal for the deck. Board this if you expect them.
Good luck! I think you will find Sivvi a solid deck choice that's both easy to use from the get-go, while awarding play experience and good decisions as you get better at piloting it.

Here are some of my ideas if im going to run her (fetch combo/synergy pieces):
- Cho-Manno, Revolutionary/Stuffy Doll + Pariah/Pariah's Shield
- Outrider en-Kor + Task Force + Animal Boneyard/Miren, the Moaning Well (Condemn or anything like that) + Celestial Convergence/Test of Endurance
- Removal such as Path to Exile, Swords to Plowshare, Exile, Oblivion Ring, maybe Excommunicate and Celestial Purge. Theres that new upcoming Harm's Way from M10!
- Mass Removal
- Key Rebels
- Mana Producers and Lands such as Temple of the False God
- Untap Outlets such as Staff of Domination
- Pump Enchantments such as Shared Triumph
- Key Changelings such as Mirror Entity and Changeling Hero
I know there are more rebel synergies out there, I just cant name them all right now. If you guys want to share more, please feel free
Thank you in advance

Thanks for DarkNightCavalier of HotPS for the exceptional signature.
Good Luck
Apparently its good to Bound in Silence other generals.
I am also thinking or running powerhouse equipments such as Jitte and the Shocker Swords and evasion rebels
also, would Gauntlet of Power be a good choice?

Would Doubling your mana and gving your team +1/+1 be a good choice?
Generally yes BUT if you play in a heavy white Meta maybe not.
Reveillark (most rebels are 2/x or less)
Pity that Rebel Informer is black.

I like Scroll Rack + Land Tax.
Wing Shards and elements from the old Astral Slide decks work great at getting to non-rebel cards you need.
Ice Floe is pretty good. I've been running that alongside Maze of Ith and it's pretty broken.
