Honestly, I would play Nezumi Graverobber in EDH sooner than I would Withered Wretch, I mean sure it costs one more to activate, but the card is infinitely more versatile, especially AFTER it flips, when it can STEAL cards from your opponents graveyard.
As for why neither of these cards happens to be on the black list, The Gods only know why.

"As the size of an explosion increases, the number of social situations it is incapable of solving approaches zero." -- Varsuvius, Order of the Stick
That's a solid list. People will always have "whatabouts" and "whys", but I think this is good stuff.
A top 25 by color is handy. I think a list that looks at archetypes would be nice too. At one point I started a thread collecting a list of archetypes, but it did not generate any discussion:
Bant Charm is much better than Unmake since it can put generals on the bottom of the library in addition to having more utility. Hatred is amazing if you general has evasion, probably better than Graveborn Muse or Tombstalker. Brainstorm is so good in vintage and legacy because you can shuffle your library with fetch lands and it helps you dodge discard spells by hiding things on top of your library. It is much harder to reliably have enough shuffle effects and most discard effects are bad in EDH (with a few exceptions of course) which drastically reduces its usefullness. Maybe replace it with Vensor, Shaper Savant or Forbid, even Ponder is usually better. I am also a big fan of City of Solitude to combat blue countermagic and is a big aid to combo decks. Even in a large game where he is always at least a 6/7 on turn 2 I still don't think Tarmogoyf is good enough. Humility takes some work to build around but is a tremendous beating against most decks while it is in play. Much better than Ajani Goldmane in my opionion. Ajani Vengeant seems terrible in multiplayer, maybe Aura Shards instead?
Umezawa's Jitte is much better than the underwhelming Engineered Explosives, which, while good, are much less good in this format of high mana costs.
Also, Loxodn Heirarch is less good now with combat rule changes, and anyways, many of the cascade spells are better. I'm also looking at Simic Sky Swallower and Hellkite Overlord, which are great creatures, but kind of just big beaters in the end.

Reckless Waif; It's the red Delver of Secrets.
What about Flameblast Dragon for red. 5/5 Flyer plus Blaze when attacking.

Mana Crypt is certainly better than Wayfarer's Bauble.
Just some thoughts.
