I was expecting options with much smaller ranges.
The poll seems a little excessive. O.o
I am having trouble putting a third deck together, TBH. (I want to attempt blue without having to put the broken blue cards in there and its a delicate science I guess)

I keep at most 4 deck up. That way I only have buy/trade for one playset of anyone card. I also only use anyone color twice to again keep down my card requirements.

Yeah, I was pretty clueless what range to use. I thought maybe people would accumulate these decks since they don't need constant complete changing like T2 decks do.
Is it possible to have Ib Halfheart, Goblin Tactician sacrifice two Plains to create two 1/1 black Lizard tokens? Yes. And until you have tried doing so, how can you judge the level of efficiency that doing so holds?

I have more than anyone in the local EDH group at 3 completed decks (even then some cards are shared and I print proxies for the others). I know a few who have 2, but most only have one.
Let's see... Doran, Sharuum combo (brutal), Isamaru equipment, Lin Sivvi, Gaddock Teeg (mostly for a friend), Phelddagrif helper (my favorite), and Sol'Kanar jackass (just made it yesterday) makes seven. I don't play Doran much anymore, I've just been too lazy to take it apart and desleeve it.
At the current time I have 2 decks, but the two of them are actually sharing cards... so I really only have one deck that is completed at any given time.

"As the size of an explosion increases, the number of social situations it is incapable of solving approaches zero." -- Varsuvius, Order of the Stick
I currently run Captain Sisay, Brion Stoutarm, Nath, Oona, Rith, and Progenitus. Six EDH decks feels like a LOT since I don't get to play all of them as often as I like, but it's certainly nice to have that kind of variety and a few spare decks to lend out.
I have a full Merieke Ri Berit, a full Rhys the Redeemed, and a full (of proxies) Kresh the Bloodbraided. I'm working right now to assemble a Vorosh, the Hunter deck.
I've currently got two... A Rubinia Soulsinger deck, which is kind of a steal-and-sac deck that also somehow plays the LD game in 1v1 (not sure how it worked out like that, but it's actually really effective), and an Erayo, Soratami Ascendant deck with Arcane Lab and Guile that I built mostly just to grief people that I know are playing elaborate combos.
EDH/Commander is a social format, right? So why don't people use their social skills to discuss what they like and don't like, instead of adopting a list with 60+ banned cards?
Yeah, I was pretty clueless what range to use. I thought maybe people would accumulate these decks since they don't need constant complete changing like T2 decks do.
I completely disagree here. One of the most fun parts of EDH is that the decks require constant tuning and changing. Also, as a casual format, many players spend time and money "pimping" their decks after they're finished building them. I personally only run one deck for this reason: my Oros, the Avenger deck. I'd do many things to this deck before buying more, ex. buying duals, fetches, shocklands, and other expensive cards I don't currently run.
So, for the record, 1.
As for the scale of the graph, you should redo it using the ranges: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 (these seperate), 6-10, 11-15, 16-20 (these combined), etcetera.
Got the 5 in my sig & Jhoira built however the Sliver Queen deck is usually dismantled as about half the deck is used in my cube. I just rebuild it if I go to a tournament or want to play something mean.
Yeah, tweaking is continuous, but that doesn't mean you have to scrap the entire thing due to rotation.
Yeah, but I've never seen an EDH deck that wouldn't be "a bit better if you add card X," or "got a promo version of card Y." Completely built EDH decks are a somewhat hard commodity to find in real life. (Why do you think everyone uses MWS?)
Only two here. Wort, the Raidmother and Brion Stoutarm. Considering a third, but having trouble working in blue without it being counter-douche baggery. I might just default to B/G, but I don't want to use generals from the same block as the ones I already have, so there go Nath and Sapling...Vhati just seems weak...Hopefully ZEN will bring out a nice general to couple with Nissa. Altogether, I think I'm in the same boat as Cookie (Magic?) Monster up there.
Man, I want to meet the guy who has 50+ EDH decks, and then let him know a whole other gender of human exists.
Although I think he would be better suited seeing a Chiropractor first.
Wort Raidmother, Malfegor, Rakdos, Pianna, Sliver Overlord, Baru, Kresh, Maga, Kraj, Blue Braids, and Bolas
so 11, but like most people said not all of them are tweaked to perfection and a lot are falling to the wayside. Bolas isn't nearly good enough, Braids has a competing theme of counters and avoiding them, Sliver Overlord and Pianna are too mean to play sometimes. Kresh, Maga, and Wort are my most played ones.

4 or less decks will be a good choice for most people. at least you will not spend too much on basic cards.(stupid sol ring...)
ok... if there is not a such color called black, all the basic cards are cheap

However, we frequently disassemble my cube to use for EDH in which case we can use that to make ~20 various decks (not simultaneously of course).

Grand Arbiter and Zur were dismantled for pieces and I have a Numont under construction.
