The strategy isn't as cut and dry as the original wake; the inability to draw multiple wakes or DoJs or to use the Cunning Wish + Mirari board makes resolving wake and winning with it a bit more...perilous. As such, I built the deck around various different soft locks and comboes that can be pulled out without wake and decided to use a very potent General that can, if not answered, win the game on her own. Not to mention the fact that Jenara is just beast with Wake in play.
Finest Hour Rafiq of the Many
it may just be me but i don't see any real way to win the game without jenara,
mirari's wake is a great card but i don't see any real threats with it in play
ooh look out i'm going to play wake, next turn i'm going to...take to more turns
but thats probably me not seeing the tech your running,
you also have 1 extra card, 99 card deck 100th is your general
could leveler be used with thran foundry? The effect of thran foundry is : remove thran foundry from the game target player shuffles his graveyard into his library
WHAT

Finest Hour and Rafiq of the Many are actually quite anti-synergistic with the Deck's other win conditions.
Cunning Wish + Mirari + Elephant Ambush has typically been Wake's win condition, but given the new M10 rules that essentially bar you from wishing for a card in exile, That's not happening any more.
But Wake's +1/+1 to all creatures effect begs it to be used with mass token generators; ie: Decree of Justice or Mobilization or Vhitu-Gazi (though Gazi is slow). Now, each player starting with 40 life makes it a lot harder to one-shot someone with a massive decree, but an uncounterable 2-turn clock is still pretty good. And Rude Awakening for 42 can do the job in one turn as well.
I was running Palinchron to get infinite mana and I might put him back in. That just further enunciates the Wake advantage by allowing me to make infinite dudes or turn Jenara into an infinite/infinite. Alternatively, I could add stroke of genius to open up the decking option. I also need to find room for compulsion--wake's old broken drawing engine.
As for my extra card--people in my area (LA) told me that EDH is 100 card decks + 1 general ? hmmm I've had a hard time as it is cutting down to 100; now I need to prune one more
