Here I would like to start some discussion on the cards M10 is bringing to EDH, not the rules changes. We already have 220/249 cards from M10, so this should be quite well-informed.
In my opinion, the following cards from the spoiler really stand out:
=== White === Baneslayer Anger - A lot of Dragons/Demons around in EDH, and it is a 5/5 flier with lifelink. Definitely going into some white decks, although might not make the cut to 3+ colour ones. Captain of the Watch - 6 mana for 9 power of creatures in four creatures. This is really, really good. Almost like SGC for white. Any deck with decent amount of soldiers will want this, as well as decks that are looking for more threats. Honor of the Pure - It is Crusade, only it doesn't help your opponents. Heavy white decks will really want this thing. If I were running more creatures, I would even consider it in my Zur. Open the Vaults - I don't need to say that this will be auto-include in Zur and Sharuum, do I? Well: This will be an auto-include in Zur and Sharuum. Planar Cleansing - Good sweeper. We got a lot of these, but this one is REALLY good. It's like Akroma's Wrath on POWERTHIRST. === Blue === Djinn of Wishes - It's not that impressive unless you have some library manipulation, but if you do.. Well, it's really impressive. Usually your opponent won't want to take the risk, either. Hive Mind - I'm going to do a chaos deck with this and all the red stupid things. It will be awesome. Everyone will hate me. I will so regret it. Mind Control - Functional Persuasion reprint. You could run both, they are pretty good. Better yet, don't run any threats of your own. === Black ===
Sanguine Bond - This is so.. Ridiculous. Combo decks with this will emerge, and slow black decks will want this one, too. B/W just got a good boost, too. Sign in Blood - Cheap card draw is good. This + Night's Whispers have that pretty well covered. === Red ===
Capricious Efreet - Hilarious. And pretty good too. Goblin Chieftain - All goblin decks want this, don't they? You creamed your pants already? Magma Phoenix - Good recursion, something red doesn't have too much of. Seems really good. === Green ===
Acidic Slime - The god. I came when I saw this. It deals with most problem targets, is easily recurrable, easily tutorable, and can be larked. This will be in my GWB in a heartbeat. Ant Queen - It's big, AND it makes tokens. What's not to love? Elvish Archdruid - I know people play elves in EDH. This is really good news for them. Even in Rofellos decks this is really good. Heck, it just is really good. Deadly Recluse - I know what you are thinking, but understand: Green doesn't get that much removal. This is recurrable piece of it, and good incentive in group games for your opponents to not attack you. Lurking Predators - Sheer power. This is almost an auto-include in all green decks. Just barring the ones that fail don't play creatures. Master of the Wild Hunt - Not that awesome, but good nevertheless. Protean Hydra - Doubling Season. === Artifact ===
Mirror of Fate - Something stupid will come of this. Take my word. === Lands ===
All of the new lands are playable in EDH. They can help smooth out your manabase.

Where was Sanguine Bond for me yesterday... My Selina deck will just love this card. I gain so much life with that deck, I usually end up with a target on my head. damn Magister Sphinx...

Am I the only one whose excited about Kalonian Behemoth? Sure, you need stuff like Roughshod Mentor to get around chump blocking, but it seems like such a house for 7. I think it's one of the most efficient creatures out there and is invunerable to targeted removal.
I agree with Baneslayer... I'll need to get a few of those!
I think Sleep could be a nice way to finish off someone you don't like. Imagine your defense is sitting idle while 2 or 3 players to beat on you... For two turns. With dragons.
Nature's Spiral looks like a good option for newer players with a shallower card pool to get a pseudo-Recollect, usually a key function that any deck running green would like to have.
Windstorm looks like another niche card that can work really well in the right meta. Instant-speed for removal in the air is nice since your ground force should be bigger anyway since you're playing green.
I think Gargoyle Castle will go into my Teneb deck because I run Loam and lots of recurrance. Might be good as an anti-Wrath win condition, but I might not have space for it. I guess i'll test it and get back to you, but it looks good enough to at least try
Just ones I thought were worth mentioning and yet to be discussed.

In the end, we will remember not the words of our enemies, but the silence of our friends.
I will definitely be playing acidic slime, hell i play creeping mold so why not a body that i can recur easier? Natural Spring and Planar Cleansing will also probably go into my edh...
The only EDH deck I have right now is Mayael. I'm definitely going to put Planar Cleansing and Lurking Predators in there. I'm always looking for cheap creatures that also work with Mayael so I'll give Baneslayer Angel a try. I'm not sold on Acidic Slime; it seems like a poor man's Woodfall Primus.

Every green deck should be playing both. Maybe not Mayael, but all non-theme greens. Like Rafiq, Teneb, etc.
With all the previews showing the love for soldiers I am finally going to get around to building my soldier EDH, I can't remember the name of the general Dareiun? Something like that, should be fun!

Darien, King of Kjeldor is the one you wanted I think.
