Why should I need to post a decklist if I'm asking whether Sen Triplets should be played as an artifact deck or a wizard tribal deck?
A decklist is irrelevant. I want to know which archetype is stronger for this general.
honestly i really think a few things matter before a decision can be made.
-competitive deck - yes or no
-what kind of playstyle are you preffering? a toolbox feel or control?
maybe even consider a mix of both?
Personally i see sen triplets as a control deck to really make use out of the general. Without any control you really are limited to how and when you can abuse sen's ability.
I have to say that if you want to use Sen Triplets as a general, you're better off focusing on heavy control. First and foremost, you'll want to use Mycosynth Lattice and Celestial Dawn which will allow you to spend mana as if it were any color.
But should I to change it into a wizard control deck, with lots of counter spell action.
Any suggestions?

PS: Your logorrhoea makes me sick.
Edit: I'll change the title.

They're both fine. However, the real question is whether or not there are generals in the same color that might be a better choice at either strategy.
In short, Sharuum does a far better job of being an artifact toolbox general than Sen Trips do.
Take from that what you will.
