Cards like Duress, Raven's Crime etc don't do enough IMO especially if you're playin Multiplayer. You need stuff like Cunning Lethemancer for more sources of discard that are permanent.

I like the Cunning Lethemancer idea and Phyrexian Arena. I also agree that Raven's Crime should get cut but I think Duress is a really powerful cheap card.

In EDH it isn't.
One shot discard is bad. You want reusable discard whenever possible. Oppression is amazing. Smallpox is the only one shot discard worth playing, because it does so much.
This is a multiplayer format. Most of the discard in your deck isn't good in multiplayer, not to mention that reanimation decks like my Nath deck welcome discard. Your deck doesn't seem like it has much defense should the discard not hit the cards it needs to hit. (Sweepers...)
Making discard a secondary theme is probably your best bet. The stronger part of Nath (IMO) is the token generation.
Your deck is much different from mine, I guess, as I am playing a rock variant, with reanimation/token generation as a theme.
Eternal Witness should be in here. You have no way to get any dead things back, and you are playing green.
Llanowar Mentor is bad in EDH, unless you can do something (Madness/Renanimation) with the discarded card. And you can't.

I have to agree with urza/cookiemonster (btw hilarious avatar kudos!): unless this deck is used exclusively for duels, you need less targeted discard and more mass discard.
Unnerve and Syphon Mind could do wonders for you, as they make everyone discard, and one cantrips or better. Myojin of Night's Reach is great, but some ppl put the hate towards not getting a hand lol.
Another idea would be reusable discard. Nightmare Void is a discard you can use every turn, and with recursion you can take huge advantage of it. Cao Cao, Lord of Wei or Rag Manesque guys would be fine, as they are targeted discard that can be used repeatedly for the long-term card advantage one needs in EDH while still giving you the same feeling as the one-shot discards.
Lastly, specters of various types could be another means of reusable discard, and give some flying chumps if your opponent drops some huge winged dude. However, it definitely looks like a feasible idea with a bit of work. GL!

"Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience."
