Why no Darksteel Ingot or Coalition Relic? Chrome Mox and Mox Diamond are also good. Prismatic Omen is pretty hot in this deck too.
Patriarch's Bidding is necessary as is Volrath's Stronghold.
Nameless Inversion and Crib Swap are tutorable with Overlord.
Ameoboid Changeling allows you to steal creatures for 3 mana every turn.
Mana Echoes is good for pumping out Slivers and helps combo with Queen.
I like to run Vial as a way to cheat in Slivers I tutor.
Slivers in this deck I would cut and replace with more effective cards:
Mirror Entity (doesn't do as much as you think it does)
Armor Sliver (ability is mana intesive without a big effect)
Watcher Sliver (in EDH the toughness isn't super relevant)
Ward Sliver (does what Crystalline and Shifting do but worse in multiplayer)
Two-Headed Sliver (Shifting does this better)
Battering Sliver (Horned does this better)
Fury Sliver (once you have six mana you'll be using it tutoring up more relevant cards)
Clot Sliver (Crypt Sliver and Sedge Sliver are better)
Frenzy Sliver (You'll never want this sliver on the table over another sliver)
Spitting Sliver (Talon Sliver is better)
Spinneret Sliver (Pulmonic and Winged actually give flying, much better)
Shadow Sliver (Shifting is better)
Spined Sliver (you can have better cards than this in the deck)
Victual Sliver (Darkheart is better)
Acidic/Cautery (I wouldn't run either but if I were I'd only run one or the other)
Ghostflame Sliver (Not useful)
Dormant Sliver (can help you combo out but it's not worth it for the trouble of having to sac it to attack)
In general I only run slivers that fill a need and only 1 since they can be tutored. This opens the deck to more options and in 5 colors there are a lot of options out there. There's no need to stuff the deck full of crappy Slivers because you'll find yourself only tutoring for the best ones anyways and those slivers will only decrease the chances of you drawing cards you'd much rather see naturally.
you realise that Mirror Entity still makes them into slivers right, and that all the static effects get re-applied after the pump. All of your Y is better then X and you shouldn't run them ideas are like saying counterspell is better then Cancel so you shouldn't run any other counterspells cause they aren't as good. Dormant Sliver is for drawing cards the combo pieces are Queen, Basal, Heart/Firewake, Gemhide, Psionic/Screeching/Acidic/Cautery. For Infinite Milling, or damage.

Yeah, why wouldn't I realize that? The whole point is that you run a tutor and you don't need multiple options in your sliver toolbox. You're much better off running better cards that aren't slivers than a sliver you'll never find yourself tutoring for. Running slivers in a sliver deck just because they're slivers makes for a poor deck.
The counterspell arguement doesn't hold because there is no general who searches out exact counterspells. Overlord changes the way a deck should be built. It's a five color general which means that EVERY legal card in EDH can fit into the deck and you only have 99 slots to work with. As such even with counter magic, if you only have so many slots for it, Mana Drain and Counterspell will go in before a cancel. Patriarch's Bidding should go in before Dormant Sliver.
Mirror Entity is a card that is only as good as the mana you put into it, that mana would be better served tutoring and playing slivers and thinning your deck for draws than it will be making all of your guys 6/6s. You'd realize that after you've played 20 games with it, luckily for you I already have and discovered the problem and am offering my advice.
another fun card to run with overlord is unnatural selection, it lets you spend 1 mana and change a creatures type to anything but wall. together, you spend 4 to take what ever creature you want.
also i would put in a cryptic gateway, that way you tap slivers to play slivers and draw (dormant) and have lands to play enchantments and artifacts when you draw them
i would also take Toxin sliver, with toxin and quilled, you can keep most opponents from atacking you, and kill almost anything that tries, very useful if you cant attack.
i run defensive slivers with dormant, normally i use the queen & mana echoes or queen and geias cradle to drop enough slivers to use schreeching sliver to deck my oponent, they never expect to get decked by slivers
also, i use pandemonium with my sliver bomb to deal direct damage to my oponent, and with a legion out, it wont take that many slivers
Try Pillar of the Parun's in the landbase; also you use the mirage fetchlands in place of the onslaught fetches? I really think the mirage one's should go and be replaced with the onslaught ones as the 1 damage is not that much of a drawback.
I suggest getting rid of reliquary tower and adding pillar of the parun's in it's place.
Also; mirror entity would look good with sliver overlord.
Maybe maelstrom nexus? Despite the WUBRG cost it could help you accelerate into some pretty nasty stuff.

This goes massive aggro, or can go instant combo and slaughter the entire table at once. Any ideas/suggestions that might make this better?
