Seeing the recently released Flotsam // Jetsam inspired me to brew a deck that is mostly about stealing spells from your opponents. Given that the strategy is very inconsistent, I thought a control gameplay would suit it best. I think ideally the deck would feature some ramp, since playing stuff from your opponents, on top of your own, is expensive.
Other cards I thought fit the bill are Thief of Sanity, Mind's Dilation, and Breach the Multiverse (For free is the best cost you can pay). I'm unsure what else to include, as other alternatives are either slow or require some setup. I thought about Siphon Insight but felt bad to use when I realized it's a slightly more consistent Think Twice.
This is the list I've brewed so far. It has a bit of a self-mill subtheme to maximize the use case of Flotsam // Jetsam
Gonti, Lord of Luxury could be a good bridge to the late game and stay on theme. The Deathtouch should at least trade with an attacker and you get a bit of card selection when stealing. Thief of Sanity needing to attack goes against the whole control plan, so I would swap them for Gonti. Plus if you are ramping using 2 mana cards, you will get from 2 to 4 mana on turn 3 which is perfect.

Thoughts? More early defenses in something like Baleful Strix? 4 colors for Nicol Bolas, God-Pharaoh? Maybe the Eldrazi package of Fathom Feeder, Oblivion Sower, and Sire of Stagnation? Dropping green altogether?
