This card (The Ozolith) seems bonkers. I can't put my finger on what I want to do with it though. The best I could think of besides the usual (clockwork creatures, arcbound ravager, etc) was Dusk Urchins. Kathril, Aspect Warper seems nuts with it too but I'm not a fan of the menagerie-type keyword-soup decks that some cards trap you into playing. It becomes a 1-mana Akroma's Memorial with it at full speed though. You can slot them into Managorger Hydra decks to keep the momentum rolling and it's a fine card but not insanely broken.
Coretapper can tap itself to put a ton of counters on itself AND sacrifice itself, AND the self-sacrifice puts the counters directly on the Ozolith. The issue is, charge counters mostly deal with noncreature artifacts. You could use Chimeric Mass if you time it right. The only other creature I found was Surrakar Spellblade.
I think the best course of action is to use it in an aggressive manner so you can compound the amount of counters on it over time with the likes of Hardened Scales.
One thing I noticed is that it combos well with Athreos, Shroud-Veiled to create a great engine. However, it costs 6 mana. In some kind of Shriekmaw/Sunblast Angel/Gray Merchant of Ashpodel bounce deck it could fit, but I'd rather play Gift of Immortality.

Exemplar of Strength, Channeler Initiate, Devoted Druid, etc. would be fun to use to nuke singular creatures each of your combats.

(Side note because I don't want to make a new post, but Bastion of Remembrance is a fun new toy )
Actually it does. The wording is weird but it generates new counters; it doesn't move the existing ones.
7x Forest
4x Tree of Tales
4x Llanowar Reborn
4x Inkmoth Nexus
4x Blinkmoth Nexus
1x Pendelhaven
4x Arcbound Worker
4x Arcbound Ravager
4x Steel Overseer
4x Scrapyard Recombiner
4x Walking Ballista
4x Hangarback Walker
4x Mox Opal
4x Hardened Scales
4x The Ozolith
4x Once Upon a Time
This is more-or-less what I would play. I might add Black for Winding Constrictor and/or Skullbriar, the Walking Grave but you get the idea.
Guilds of Ravnica - Commander 2018 - Core 2019 - Battlebond - Dominaria - Rivals of Ixalan - Ixalan - Commander 2017 - Hour of Devastation - Amonket - Aether Revolt - Commander 2016 - Kaladesh - Conspiracy 2 - Eldritch Moon - Shadows Over Innistrad - Oath of the Gatewatch - Commander 2015 - Battle for Zendikar - Magic Origins - Dragons of Tarkir
Green - Blue - Red - White - Gold
Are you certain? What happens when Skullbriar, the Walking Grave dies with Ozolith out?
Positive.
Ozolith gets the counters and Skullbriar keeps its own.

Straight From Matt Tabak himself.
Yes, The Ozolith is THAT broken.

Side note, there's gotta be some funny way to use Azor's Elocutors with this.
Almost forgot about Cryptic Trilobite. You can combo it with Marath, Will of the Wild and Hardened Scales for a 3-card combo. It's also just a fine card in any Ozolith deck and Marath isn't too hard to slot in if you're playing One Upon a Time or something.
