I really enjoy Narset, Enlightened Master, and was looking to see what kind of stuff I could do with her. One way you could take the deck is to cast a bunch of instants and sorceries off of her and have good beats with Shadowspear combined with Runechanter's Pike. Another way would be to do a bunch of combat doublers (World at War) or extra turns (especially now since Temporal Mastery got reprinted). 6 mana is hardly a problem with using things like Basalt Monolith and signets.
I have yet to even goldfish this, but here's something I want to try and improve:
Would love to make it more toolbox-y, but it seems to be pretty fun as-is. Cards like Divine Reckoning seem great with Narset but terrible without her, so they didn't really make it in. Other cards I'm considering are Volcanic Vision, Windfall, and Octopus Umbra (maybe not the last one )
Another way I could build this is to dump a ton of planeswalkers in it.
For "attacking" Narset decks I'm a fan of Generator Servant since it gives you better immunity against mass removal. That may or may not be relevant for your meta but it's something to keep in mind. Your current build looks a bit rough though since the deck has a lot of air. Personally, I wouldn't bother with the SFGM infinite turn combo and instead add some creatures like Taigam, Ojutai Master and Elsha of the Infinite so that it's less "Narset or bust." I'd also add more extra turn spells and remove most of the equipment except the Greaves. Although I guess Taigam doesn't work with Karn's Temporal Sundering so that plan is also bust unless you switch to things like Time Warp and Temporal Manipulation.
For the second deck I'd like to see 6-8 Wraths total (Grasp qualifies) with a focus on 3-4 CMC spells as opposed to things like Mass Calcify. Otherwise it'll be tough to keep a board going.

4 Narset, Enlightened Master
3 Soulfire Grand Master
1 Niv-Mizzet, Parun
//Artifact
1 Shadowspear
1 Runechanter's Pike
1 Lightning Greaves
1 Helm of the Host
4 Basalt Monolith
4 Boros Signet
4 Karn's Temporal Sundering
4 Preordain
//Instant
4 Swords to Plowshares
4 Generous Gift
//Enchantment
1 Underworld Breach
23 Lands

4 Narset, Enlightened Master
1 Spark Double
//Artifact
4 Basalt Monolith
4 Fellwar Stone
//Planeswalker
1 Elspeth, Sun's Champion
1 Ugin, the Spirit Dragon
1 Teferi, Hero of Dominaria
1 Dack Fayden
1 Teferi, Temporal Archmage
1 Kasmina, Enigmatic Mentor
1 Chandra, Awakened Inferno
1 Karn Liberated
4 Grasp of Fate
4 Smothering Tithe
//Sorcery
1 Mass Calcify
4 Armageddon
4 Preordain
//Land
24 Lands
With 4 Armageddon, 4 Grasp of Fate, and 4 Smothering Tithe, it doesn't really matter what else you put in the deck, does it?

EDIT: Also SFGM doesn't even work with Karn's Temporal Sundering so that's no good either.

I like Elsha, and you can do the Helm of Awakening + Sensei's Divining Top combo finish with it too.
Perhaps playing protection spells in tandem with wraths is a good way to go, so you can play good wraths like Wrath of God.
