I made a deck specifically for playing multiplayer, but I feel like there's room for improvement. We play with any cards, as long as they aren't silver-bordered. I'm already thinking I need to replace some nonbasic lands with basic lands. Worth noting, I put in Kaya, Bane of the Dead so I could exile a creature if need be.
Consistent: you run three Grim Guardians and hardly any enchantment. You might either replace them for something more effective or run more enchantments. Maybe more extort effects? (Crypt Ghast for example, or even Pontiff of Blight.)
Or more Archer/Conquistador cards?
For removal you need 2-4x Cut // Ribbons because it doubles as an insane finisher once you have 6+ lands in play. Card is nuts. Pestilence is also stellar at grinding games out so I like having 2-4 of those as well. It even triggers Grim Guardian too!
For creatures you 100% need 4x Gray Merchant of Asphodel because it's a fundamentally broken multiplayer card. The second that you cast it for the first time in a 4+ player game you'll never go back to playing fewer than 4.
I'll stress that deck is fluid and can be heavily adjusted to suit your own personal preferences. If you don't like one of the chosen cards replace it with something that fills the same role but that you also prefer. Except Gray Merchant of Asphodel. You're not allowed to cut those >:(!

That said, the deck seems a little unfocused. Which is perfectly fine if you want variance but if you aim for consistancy less so.
Some card choices are odd. Like, why do you run Cremate? Maybe swap those for Bojuka Bogs, so you up your land count and still have graveyard hate.

On theme: have you considered Pestilence / Crypt Rats effects?

Maybe something closer to this?
For lands you want some combo of Leechridden Swamp, Ramunap Ruins and Shivan Gorge. You don't need all 3 but try to play some number of these.
Gonti's Machinations can be things like Bloodchief Ascension and Dark Ritual. Bloodchief Ascension is bonkers in this archetype and I highly recommend it. It's hard to lose when you stick it on turn 1 and with the free multiplayer mulligan + the London mulligan that's extremely consistent. Both it and Gonti's Machinations trigger Grim Guardian which is sweet :).

For card draw you want either Night's Whisper, Necropotence, Phyrexian Arena, Underworld Connections, Browbeat, Risk Factor, Syphon Mind Necrologia, Yawgmoth's Bargain or Bolas's Citadel. Run whatever you like best. Note that Phyrexian Arena style cards are especially good in Dark Ritual decks since you can jam them on turn 1 and they also trigger Grim Guardian which is a nice bonus.
For big bomby 6+ drops my #1 is Massacre Wurm but there's also Exsanguinate, Sire of Insanity, Mob Rule, Inferno Titan, Molten Primordial and Insurrection. Again, pick whatever you like best.
