So, my playgroup (3 or 4-FFA) is very, very mass removal lite and when I saw Grand Warlord Radha, thought it could be a good oportunity to exploit this breach.
In my meta, this deck could have trouble with Detention Sphere, that get rid of all tokens at once, especially with repeatable Flickerwisp like effects, or with Ghostly Prison so I can't get through with the tokens or get infinite combat phases with Hellkite Charger.
Cryptolith Rite is bonkers. I'd probably run 4 and then 3 Radhas or something close to that.
Hellkite Charger is unnecessary. I might play 1x Aggravated Assault but only as a backup wincon. That is, I'd only play a card that could win the game on the same turn that I cast it and Charger doesn't do that.
Titty Summoners are decent but I'd only run 2. The card doesn't have value in most scenarios, especially since this isn't a deck with cards like Impact Tremors and Purphoros, God of the Forge. You only want to see her later on as a ~5 drop (or so).
If you're going to run more interaction I'd probably just stick to Banes 3-4. Card is bonkers.
Card draw isn't very important if your meta is light on mass removal. Don't worry about overloading on it unless running out of cards becomes a serious and recurring issue.
Shamanic Revelation is for sure the draw engine for this deck. The curve of Mogg War Marshal -> Hordeling Outburst -> Grand Warlord Radha -> Shamanic Revelation is very powerful. And Revelation gets pretty insane as the game goes on.
Tested Nullmage Shepherd beside the Banes and the card was always very good. I guess I shouldn't be too worried about enchantments/artifacts, since they are only abused in specifically one deck in my meta. In the vast majority of the other decks, they are rather scarce.
Moonveil Dragon always ended the game on the spot, at least when Radha was already in play, so I guess it's worth a shot as an alternate wincon.
I played a Lurking Predators deck many times in the recent past, plenty of ETB effects, and since then got bored of the card... So I'm trying to play with something new.
Champion of Lambholt always got the job done in giving my creatures evasion and as for land destruction, although powerful, my playgroup thinks it ruins the fun of the game, so I don't plan on using this kind of strategy.

Yeah, I know, Tendershoot Dryad is a ridiculous card, but unfortunately I only managed to get 2x before its price spiked to $ 7... I will definitely get more of it once it gets back to $ 1.
Aggravated Assault is clearly an upgrade over the Charger, but it's an expensive card ($ 11), I have the Charger idle in my binder, so I'll keep 1x just for the nice synergy with Radha.
I completely forgot about the Cryptolith Rites, and the 4x are going in, since it always provided an absurd amount of mana when I didn't have a Radha out. Card is really bonkers in this archetype.
What do you mean by early game action? More creatures, more token producers? Would Dragon Whisperer be a good choice in this case?
Skullclamp or Elemental Bond could help for card drawing if it's legal in your format, since you are playing a lot of creatures
Skullclamp would be broken, allowing me to draw the entire deck, but at our playgroup we follow the Legacy B&R list, so I can't use it.
Elemental Bond could be useful, but I'm sticking with Shamanic Revelation for card draw.
Included 2x Dragon Whisperers, and the card proved to be very good at testing. It provided me with "flying defense" at the early game, which is one of my concerns, and it could spawn a bunch of dragons at later stages of the game.
Included also 1x Stormbreath Dragon to punish people playing control and abusing card draw, also provided air defense. Air defense was also the reason for me to keep 1x Dragonlair Spider, maybe an overpast card, but always did what's supposed to do.
So, the new list is:
Another card that i included here was Edric, Spymaster of Trest. I completely forgot about him initially but he seems to be an absolutely ridiculous card in this archetype. Should I keep him as a 1-of , or should I split him 2-2 with Shamanic Revelation?
You might want to look at Mindblade Render. Cheap, powerful, thematic, etc. Turn 2 Render, turn 3 Najeela, turn 3 Radha is basically your nut draw. Even better if you open on turn 1 Rhys the Redeemed! All the cards, all the tokens and all the mana :). Rhys is fantastic with all of your token spells and having that turn 1 Warrior is nuts.
Druids' Repository is good in token decks, is cheap $$$ wise and goes infinite with Najeela.
Ancient Stone Idol seems like it could be decent here. Not particularly difficult to get out turn 4 off a Radha, comes down from just swinging wide naturally, replaces itself when it dies.

Warchief Giant's tokens won't provide any additional Grand Warlord Radha triggers. "When one or more creatures you control attack" is equivalent to "when one or more creatures you control are declared as attackers".
Quote from Gatherer rulings »
The amount of mana you’ll add is the number of creatures you attack with. Creatures that are put onto the battlefield attacking before Radha’s triggered ability resolves don’t count, and creatures that attacked but left combat before the triggered ability resolves do count.
Yes, I'm aware of that. I'm also aware that Myriad doesn't provide additional triggers from Najeela, unfortunately.
Warchief Giant is there because he's an efficient/aggressive beater, that synergizes very well with Edric, provides extra buff and evasion for the whole team when combined with Champion of Lambholt and plays around people running Ghostly Prison/Propaganda effects.

He's also great in decks that take extra combat phases. I realize that the tokens don't survive or anything but he hits hard so if there's even a single open player he can almost OTK on his own.
3x Sylvan Offering

Should I include more Shamanic Revelations? Path of Discovery? Splash white for Aura Shards?
Tips on how to improve the deck in general?
Thanks!
Maybe a little more artifact/enchantment hate?
And of course: Moonveil Dragon just to be really rude.
My meta: 3 or 4 player free for all, anything goes but boring games or broken decks cause a vote to end that game.
With that many creatures in your deck, I'd consider Lurking Predators.
Or maybe a way for them to get the damage thru, like a menace enabler? Goblin War Drums or Gruul War Chant maybe?
Impending Disaster would be the direction I would take this deck.
Tendershoot Dryad is vastly superior to alternatives such as Dragonlair Spider and Verdant Force. It's not even close to being close either.
Cryptolith Rite is bonkers. I'd probably run 4 and then 3 Radhas or something close to that.

More cards that are actively good to cast on turns 2 and 3. Rites are already a huge boon and will go a long way to making the deck more consistent.
