Okay so I wanted to make a deck around one of the new Conspiracy cards just because.
I'm aiming at playing almost exclusively on my opponents' turns, so FLASH & INSTANT are what I'm hunting.
I know what you're thinking, Dead-eye isn't a flash creature! But really there's not too much that Dead-eye, repeatedly blinking Mystic Snake, Cloudskate & Duplicant won't handle if mana is open.

Literally no one was thinking that you should be cutting DEN.
I've tried playing a Bant version of this deck almost completely on my opponents turns, (with the exception of Primal Forcemage & Aura Shards) with creatures like Masako the Humorless, Cloudthresher, Darksteel Sentinel etc.
It's fun, but it's just not as strong as the Deadeye Navigator-bounce version with a host of creatures with decent ETB effects (as seen in previous posts). I will say this though, Primal Forcemage rocks in that version of the deck.

Here's a start with cards I own.
4 Coiling Oracle
4 Ambush Viper
4 Winged Coatl
4 Mystic Snake
4 Stunt Double
2 Riftwing Cloudskate
1 Duplicant
2 Deadeye Navigator
1 Capsize
2 Thornbite Staff

Other cards that may get a slot or two;
Fleetfeather Cockatrice, Æthersnipe, Draining Whelk, Jin-Gitaxias, Core Augur
So far I'm leaning towards mainly UG, but with other cards on offer like Masako the Humorless, Surrak Dragonclaw, Deputy of Acquittals, Dictate of Erebos, Necromancy amongst many others, have me looking at a splash from any colour if the deck can benefit from it.
Of non-instant-speed stuff, Progenitor Mimic, Mulldrifter loves Deadeye, Kiora's Follower works with staff, white has me looking at hard at Aura Shards.
So far it's a very fair deck, slow to start. Coiling Oracle is in there for that, but it could be a different option.
So wha'chu reckon?
I'm open to any possibility, provided it's not infinite-combo, so long as Stunt Double is a 4-of.
How would you build it?

24x Land
Creatures (30)
4x Vedalken Mastermind
2x Coiling Oracle
2x Farhaven Elf
2x Sea Gate Oracle
4x Stunt Double
4x Mystic Snake
3x Prophet of Kruphix
1x Thragtusk
1x Mulldrifter
2x Deadeye Navigator
1x Duplicant
1x Prime Speaker Zegana
1x Bane of Progress
2x Sylvan Primordial
4x Mystic Remora
1x Capsize
1x Treachery
Obviously you should add Burgeoning if you can afford it. Card is so stupidly good with Mystic Remora and Bouncelands that it's not even funny.
If you want to add things like Arbor Elf, Kiora's Follower and/or Kiora, Master of the Depths you have to support them with things like Wild Growth and Overgrowth. They don't pass muster otherwise.
White offers Aura Shards and Eerie Interlude which are sweet. Roon of the Hidden Realm is also decent.
Guilds of Ravnica - Commander 2018 - Core 2019 - Battlebond - Dominaria - Rivals of Ixalan - Ixalan - Commander 2017 - Hour of Devastation - Amonket - Aether Revolt - Commander 2016 - Kaladesh - Conspiracy 2 - Eldritch Moon - Shadows Over Innistrad - Oath of the Gatewatch - Commander 2015 - Battle for Zendikar - Magic Origins - Dragons of Tarkir
Green - Blue - Red - White - Gold
A few that get really big or that kill in another way.
My meta: 3 or 4 player free for all, anything goes but boring games or broken decks cause a vote to end that game.
Namely Frilled Mystic. Wilderness Reclamation isn't good enough.
Prophet of Kruphix in combination with Mystic Snake & Vedalken Mastermind or Deadeye Navigator can really just shut down the whole table, IF I find them. So I'm going to be poppin in a few more counters in Frilled Mystic.
