*can somebody post how to "post a deck" and I will change the format.
I made this deck to play multiplayer games. I wanted to see if Gray Merchant of Asphodel or Crypt Ghast could be added to make this deck better. Maybe change out a creature or 2 to help Gray Merchant of Asphodel. What do you guys think?

Here's the link explaining decktags. In my quick reply box, there's also a button to wrap decktags around selected text, but I don't know if that's universal or not.
Obviously, this deck will be pretty strong as is. Demonic Tutor is probably the best tutor printed, but I don't know if I'd run it here or not - you're going to win by sheer card advantage, not by tutoring up specific answers. I mean, if you're going to run a tutor, it should probably be this one, but still, I think card draw is better than tutoring in most "fair" multiplayer decks. I usually only run one Phyrexian Reclamation, too, but maybe two is the right number, I'm not sure.
The Grey Merchant is really good - if you're going to run him, I would also consider Demigod of Revenge, if that's something you own, or are able/willing to acquire. I don't know what I'd cut though, because those are some stellar creatures. It's hard to advocate cutting the Engine, but if you want to run the Grey Merchant, maybe that's what you drop, because he doesn't help that aspect of your game plan.
It doesn't look like Crypt Ghast is even needed in this deck. Cabal Coffers is going to produce a ton of mana and with the amount of creature removal/wipe your deck is running, you'll have a tough time keeping a Crypt Ghast on the board. Especially vs halfway decent opponents.
Decay, that's exactly what I was thinking with the Crypt Ghast.
Carom, I would love to run a set of Demigod of Revenge and don't mind picking up a set. The problem like you said was finding something to remove. I really don't mind removing demonic tutor but that only frees up one spot.
If I wanted to use a Gray Merchant of Asphodel It doesn't look like that's going to happen either unless I up the amount of cards in the deck.
What do you do when your one Phyrexian Reclamation gets blown away early on? Players don't like it when they see it.
your playing a ton of spells, which doesn't help the devotion plan, making Gray Merchant less than stellar. Wurmcoil doens't help the cause either, but he is awesome.

My playgroup: four people total.
We use the Legacy B&R list.
My meta consists of combo, control and some aggro / midrange decks.
My group uses proxies, so budget is not an issue. Because of this, things can get out of hand.
Without a clear understanding of your meta (number of opponents, format, decks), it's difficult to pick an ideal 60 cards. The good news is that you can season to taste.
I dont' think entomb abuses Kokusho anymore, it's been errata as far as I can tell to when kokusho dies, not put into the graveyard
What are you talking about?
When X dies is the new wording for "when X is put into the graveyard."
I still don't understand what Entomb has to do with Kokusho.
No, tossing it into the GY with Entomb doesn't count as dying, but you can reanimate it from there cheaply. But the thing with Kokusho is that in multiplayer you just have to chain enough sacrifice and reanimation effects to drain the table. The most sadistic way I know of is chain sacrificing two Kokushos using Recurring Nightmare.

I don't see a lot of targeted enchantment removal (I don't see a lot of targeted removal, period), so I almost never lose it early. Usually it's Fracturing Gust or something like that, if there's any enchantment removal at all. Given that situation, I prefer another creature (or whatever) to a redundant copy of an enchantment. If you do see a lot of enchantment removal, especially targeted removal, I don't see any reason not to run a second copy. Somebody else also mentioned Volrath's Stronghold, and while it ain't cheap, it's a good card, and I'd smoke 'em if you got 'em.

My suggestions
26 lands, including +1 High Market or +1 Phyrexian Tower.
-3 Wurmcoil Engine
-2 Sepulchral Primordial
+1 Phyrexian Obliterator
+4 Gray Merchant of Asphodel
My group plays Legacy so that means:
-1 Sol Ring
-1 Necropotence
-1 Mana Vault
-1 Demonic Tutor
-2 Charcoal Diamond
+1 Syphon Mind
+1 Phyrexian Arena
+4 Demigod of Revenge
This should give you enough black mana symbols while keeping your removal package.
Instead of Damnation and/or Mutilate I run Black Sun's Zenith.
That is why I run a single Volrath's Stronghold. Usually it doesn't matter, the Merchants come back one way or another.

You may find that the 3 Innocent Blood might be replaced with 1-2 Fleshbag Mauraders. You may find the Charcoal Diamonds less useful than cards with more bite - like singleton copies of No Mercy, Lashwrithe and Whip of Erebos.
And so forth.
For fun I'm missing Beacon of Unrest or any other repeating reanimation from any graveyard.
(Oops. Missed the Primordial. Still, that can't use your GY, nor does it animate artifacts.)
My meta: 3 or 4 player free for all, anything goes but boring games or broken decks cause a vote to end that game.

That's what I thought, then had the brain cramp when I posted. I need superman's powers to go back in time and erase that comment.....or just edit:-/
