Dragonstorm requires it's own deck. You shouldn't run it.
However, a lot of red ramp could help. Especially rite of flame, which could turn one dragonspeaker if needed.

For the cost, it's honestly not worth running unless you specifically build the deck around it. I only ran it because I'm essentially cheating the manacost with Dream Halls

I'm trying to make this deck to win a multiplayer match. There are so many options available to me that I'm having trouble deciding exactly what would work best in it. Here's what I have so far:
This deck is strictly casual. That being said, 1-ofs are for diversity and fun. I'd probably only ever use this in free-for-all multiplayer, where I could use luck and table talk to survive. The only real way to win is to dump dragons into my graveyard with Spellbound Dragon, Scion and Wheel of Fate, then cheat them out with Living End or Ressurection. Diabolic Tutors are here to make the deck run more smoothly in a budget-friendly way. Any advice or feedback is appreciated.
I think this deck would get eaten alive in multiplayer. From the look of things you're more likely to be discarding dragons due to having too many unplayable cards in your hand than by Spellbound or Wheel of Fate. The Wheel doesn't even go off until turn 6 at the earliest, and by then you might as well just be casting dragons rather than reanimating.
Sakura-Tribe Elder is literally the only card in the deck that impacts the board before turn 4. By the time you stick a Dragon you'll be at less than 10 life, and the threat of that newly cast dragon will just make opponents come in and finish you off.
The only real way to win is to dump dragons into my graveyard with Spellbound Dragon, Scion and Wheel of Fate, then cheat them out with Living End or Ressurection.
If you're dumping dragons with Spellbound Dragon and Scion, you should be winning anyway. It seems like the reanimation theme should be secondary to powering out Scion. Unless you're Reanimateing some unstoppable finisher before turn 4, reanimation as a deck type is generally weaker in multiplayer.
So the deck lacks an early game and has no defenses/lifegain. Oh yeah, and no removal. Here's what I'd do to fix those problems:
-2 Wheel of Fate (I only ever see this refilling your opponents' hands so they can kill you on turn 7) -4 Ressurection (There are better reanimation spells. Also, CC in the cost hurts it.) -1 Dragon Tyrant (I don't see you paying the upkeep ever, and drawing it seems like a death sentence. For you.) -1 Treva (This'll gain what, five life? It sure won't benefit from your permanents) -2 Spellbound Dragon (He probably won't help you reanimate anything, but he's fine in here if you like him.) -2 Living End (Everyone will see it coming, and the people who have dudes on the board rather than in the graveyard will be sending them your way)
+2 Wrath Effects (A must for slow, slow decks like this) +4 Wall of Omens (Early defense, replaces itself) +1 Supply // Demand (Tutors for Scion, makes blockers, is awesome) +X Other cards! (Mid-sized guys, mana fixing/acceleration, removal, dude protection, silly multicolored stuff, etc)
See Beyond might be worth considering, it's not a terrible card and can send back dragons from your hand for Scion's use.
Speaking of reusing, Junktroller may finally have a home. lol
The more I think about it, the more I love Junktroller. I'd try it if this were my deck.
My bad if I seem overly critical. I really do love the idea of the deck and some of the card choices you made. Vorosh and Teneb are particularly awesome with the Scion.
ummm...... a couple problems
1. why akroma? shes not a dragon???
2. hunted dragon..... why would you wanna give your opponent creatures?
3.a card you need Fledgling Dragon
4. you don't really need Planeswalkers in a dragon deck but if you want one its fine
5. also add a playset of Tinder Wall

Alright so I replaced Birds and Llanowar Elves with Search for Tomorrow and Sakura-Tribe Elder.
I dropped Braids, and am considering dropping Bloodbraid (originally there to cascade into more land grabbers)
I dropped Dragonstorm + Coalition Relic.
I took out the Hellkite Overlord due to my budget and the fact that I don't really need him...o.O
Also, debating between Harrow and Rampant Growth (Growth being faster and doesn't cost a land....but if I have too many of one color I could grab 2 different ones with harrow..)
However, I am 4 Colors at the moment, is it worth it to add white just for Teneb + Scion?
I'm building it as we speak with white on Lackey so i can play test it and see if I enjoy it o.o

Harrow x Rampant Growth: growth allows you 5 lands up on T3, while Harrow will allow you 5 lands on T3 and just 3 up.

(I figured i might as well use a Vorosh spot for an Oros because either one is powerful and i can hunt them with the scion anyways, 2 Niv-mizzet and Teneb because I've always wanted to use them ever since I first saw them the day i started to play magic )
SO! I guess my new question is, Add more of those dragons? or something else for those 6 slots?

I suggest you 3 Scion and 3 Teneb, all other 14 Dragons you can choose freely, specialy those you have fun playing with. (In fact you can choose all the 20 dragons at your will, but i beliebe 3 Scion and Teneb will make your deck faster and stronger).

For ramp i suggest you to use: Sakura-Tribe Elder, Search for Tomorrow and Rampant Growth, all 3.
Dragonstorm is not really good on this kind of deck, where you face double color need and multiples dragons.
Scion of Ur-Dragon + Teneb, the Harvester is a very solid dragon base, since you can get any Dragon from your deck and put it into play.
A nice card you've added is Pyroclasm, really necessary into a not so fast deck.
Add removal/counter, it might be anything you like.
