what about Mindlash Sliver, you can use him as block, its 1 cmc drop, help you to put your high costed slivers on grave, also make the op discard too
i think you dont need 2 fury, only one can do the job, since you want only by bid
dunno how much life you loss in your meta, but browbeat are really helping you ?
there are more fast draw like sign in blood, also sign can be used to hit the 2 life points of the op
Zero, did you tested the aggro slivers? (the budget decklist) if you did it... how it works?
And... Is possible make a various-color aggro budget or is better mono-g?
the mono-g isnt the best choice, pure aggro doesnt work anymore, you should test 2 colors, its a good option for budget, check the pauper (G/W) deck and get some ideas, like oblivion ring and other support spells, (U/G) can be cool to, because you can use mana leak, ponder and other usefull spells, on budget 3 color isnt good.
another option is to check the control section and check the counter silver and the zoo sliver, changing the $$ cards for the budget ones and remake for two colors.
dunno how is your meta, but only the $$ pure aggro decks can be good, like stompy, affinity or some tribals like goblins, for slivers they need some control elements, because of that counter sliver and zoo sliver are good, if you check the pauper sliver sample, besides you see it a aggro deck, he still a aggro-control deck, most of control sliver decks are aggro-control.
pure aggro arent that good anymore because we can find a lot of cheap and good spot removal, i dont mean you cant play aggro, i only see the aggro-control a better option.
winter orb is a strong card for pure aggro decks, if you can have that card i think you can go for a pure aggro path.
Strategy:
Have a fullboard of slivers, have just a bit of removal (PtE works well here) and use or akroma's memorial or mirror entity as finishers (With mirror entity , paying , for example, 3 mana for its ability, with that lots of pumps, you have an horde of 7/7 at least)
Ideas? Should i remove white from that deck and keep it mono-green?
I recommend you add more lands. With only 16 lands you will have a hard time to even play gemhide, and even if you menage to hit gemhide, you will be in serious trouble if he gets disfigure, shock or even mana leaked.
Here is just a idea:
-4 Virulent sliver (He is more a sideboard option)
-2 Might Sliver
+6 Any kind of land, Duals cores, basics, vivids, (...)
----------------------------------------------------------------
Just to avoid double post.
I've been thinking in another kind of sliver deck, here is the decklist:
Why should I change that? It works very well with that many lands .
Cool, however, I feel that you're going to rely to much in luck. I think that 18 lands is the minimum. But if you say that works so my recommends are:
You can replace some basics with some core duals like sunpetal grove and I prefer Plated Sliver over Virulent Sliver, since you're most of times going to cause 20 demage before you cause 10 poison counters. (thanks to sinew, muscle, might, mirror and pump spells).
Virulent Sliver is more a wincon against lifegain decks.
Confirmed. But if the opponent has any form of target removal and takes out the essence, it can be a painful recovery. Necrotic Sliver to self-sacrifice the Plague Sliver might be a safe bet.
Just keep in mind that their interaction is not instantaneous, you loose life, and then second you gain life. You can kill yourself easily, even if you are supposed to gain enough life to save yourself.
for BW what about some equips ? like loxodon warhammer or basilisk collar ? dunno if the deck has slots but one or two can shine in that kind of deck
I like the basilisk collar idea. The warhammer can slow the deck a little, but I can give a try.
But these equipments are not too expensive? what do u think about my "Mirror entity" combo?
Mirror Entity is a nice option for sliver, however, since most of my slivers are 4 or 5 cmc, Mirror Entity will be just a 1/1 turn 3, 1/1 turn 4 and maybe 1/1 turn 5.
So, I've had my PDS:Sliver slivers sitting in a pile on my dresser since I bought it at Wal-Mart when it first came out. I think it's high time to do something with them. Here's what I threw together on MWS and have been trying out. It competes really well with my wife's Soul Sister/Martry-Proc deck and I really love playing it!
The lands are actually what I own and can put into it, I'll pick up some of the core set duals or filters or something whenever I can, so for now they'll have to work with this. Negate's are pretty much there to stop Wrath of God and other board wipes. I've found that I'm not too scared of very many creatures early on with this deck, and the ones that do scare me can just as easily get a PtE to the face. I've also noticed I run more creatures than alot of the competetive counter-sliver decks, but I really wanted to keep the creature feel to it. Any suggestions?
Basic idea is to use Hunter Sliver to give my creatures provoke then equip one with Kusari-Gama and force a creature to block to clear my opponents board. I have enlightened tutor to help me get kusari and homing sliver to help me get a hunter sliver or whatever other sliver I might need. Infiltration Lens seemed like a good fit for card draw seeing as i can make my opponents block. The rest is filled out with slivers to make 3 colors more managable, make my creatures stronger so kusari hits harder, and give them first strike so kusari kicks in and wipes things out before defending creatures would deal damage back. Any feedback is appreciated.

ok, outside of the lands, there are some tips:
you really need brood sliver or is a win more ?
with all that fetchs, some brainstorm can do early hand setup and CA
some pump surprise can be good in a heavy creature deck like triumph of the hordes.

hahaha its a fun style, kusari can do some surprise problems, i like the provoke style, since you are going into some changes
first, increase the tutors to 4
4 Steelshaper's Gift sounds fun on your deck, and its better than enlightened on your deck, but 3 gift and 1 tutor (total 4) can be the best choice, with that, you can drop some equips or change for some more options, if you can, drop one kusari and one lens for 2 basilisk collar very good with first strike, also you can drop one more or two equips for the tutors if you can get, homing are helping you ? if you can drop 2 bonesplitter and one homing for adaptive automaton if you can

Brood Sliver has actually saved my bacon a couple times. My wife plays a pretty brutal life gain deck that is an absolute nightmare for aggro. By the time I can actually start damaging her she is usually above 50, and I need all the bodies I can muster. I'm pretty set on keeping it in.
I like the idea of suprise pump. I'll be looking forward to testing that. Thanks for the suggestions!

I back up Eliwood comments, 16 lands is not enough, if you wanna short the chances on going into lands, use fetches. Also i agree with him that venomous won't add much for your beating strategy, Sidewinder Sliver is more fit for this job (Plated Sliver works too, if you face aggro with 2/2 first turn too often)
Another concern over the deck is that it's all limited to drop critters and pump, and can't deal with artifacts/enchantments (like Trinisphere) or removal.
Horned, Might and Mirror can leave the deck, and all the pump can go either, maybe just letting Vines, which can also protect your dudes.

And some Ploriferate tricks like Contagion Clasp and others.
That would definately do the trick.. The only problem is that I'm pretty sure our marital relations would cease once I built a deck that completely hosed her's.

Thank you again zeromd. Yes steelshaper's gift is a much better fit here than enlightened, i didn't even know it existed honestly. And i can drop a kusari and a lens to add basilisk collars, I actually have a playset of those too. And yeah homing sliver helps me because provoke is important in this deck but I'm sure I can drop one. And as far as the bonesplitter slivers go I can drop those for whatever, Might Sliver came to mind for me.
That would definately do the trick.. The only problem is that I'm pretty sure our marital relations would cease once I built a deck that completely hosed her's.
Just try this strategy one time just to see her saying "You..." when she gets 10 poinson counters at 30-40 life =P

You should provide enchantment/artifact hate (Harmonic Sliver), burn proof (Victual Sliver), flash (Quick Sliver, to play over mass removal or such).
You can also protect your dudes from spot removal with Steely Resolve, another option is aether vial to avoid counters (if its your meta).
Steely Resolve is a nice option in any GW tribal deck, if you want to mix anti spot removal and pump, try some Umbra auras. (Note that Totem Armor don't deal with -X/-X spells).
Harmonic Sliver is more a sideboard card, and keep in mind that your Steely Resolve may be your only target, so a simple Naturalize or any other variants may be your best option.
yes, im working in what cards from the latest blocks i will include, most of lands from innistred and above will work, there are some miracle cards that can be useful.

Sure thing. Here is some cards that is a nice include for the primer:
Well hello everybody. I need sugestions on building one deck, i finally put together a G/W Sliver Aggro with armageddons, and so far its raping faces untill someone gets 3-4 Wraths on his deck, so i sideboard 3 Ghostways and stilll rape him.
But now, i need to build another sliver deck with a disctinct Strategy, this time, R/B Slivers.
So far i have this:
And i dont know if i should be focusing on more burn (like magma jets, or rift bolts/lava spikes/ whatnot) or if i should keep this Sliver Aggro strategy to quickly remove HP then sacrifice the ****ers to do 5 LP Brimstone + 2 LP from the Acidic to finish them off... Maybe add Magma, or Toxin, or Hunter sliver... dunno... Can someone give suggestions?? thanks!!!

hi, my suggestions are:
-4 bone sliver (slow)
-1 frenzy sliver (see later)
-1 two-headed (see later)
-2 heart sliver (you dont need all that fast)
Been working with the following for a few years. Brutally fast, often dropping legion on turn 3, I find it... one of the most boring decks i've played. Is there a way to mess with the stack and pull off fun things other than "I turn it sideways" while preserving efficiency?
since damage doesnt go more to stack, that move becomes so bad, a competitive deck go for the phantasmal image counter sliver deck, but there are a lot of ways to do.
i dont get why essence and gemhide is on the deck, more support spells will make the deck better, in the other way, for some fun stack moves, you need essence and hibernation sliver, so that call for a sper color deck
i think you dont need 2 fury, only one can do the job, since you want only by bid

3 Vault of the Archangel
4 Plague Sliver
4 Essence Sliver
4 Pulmonic Sliver
4 journey to Nowhere
4 Go for the Throat
3 Unburial Rites
4 Condemn
2 mortify
The strategy consists in board control early on with Condemn, Go for the Throat and journey to Nowhere. Sphere of the Suns works for mana acceleration, so I can hit any 4 cmc Sliver.
Plague Sliver may be strange, but his 5/5 body turn 4 (maybe turn 3). Also, Essence Sliver + Plague Sliver works very nicely with each other.
Pulmonic Sliver and Vault of the Archangel works as a finishers, not to mention that I can recover any fallen sliver with pulmonic or unburial rites.
Any feedback is welcome for this deck.

Sure thing, however, that's why I am using Unburial Rites to recover Essence and I have Pulmonic Sliver.
Another way to win life is with Vault of the Archangel.
Also, I going to replace Vampiric Sliver with Sinew Sliver.
I consider Plague Sliver a sliver version of vampire Lacerator and the idea is not to swarm the board, but to keep few effective slivers in play.
By the way, thanks for the advice, I didn't know that their abilities are not instantaneous.
