These decks have been great for teaching the very basics of the game: Creature Combat, the difference between Instants and Sorceries, static and activated abilities.
But it doesn't get a new player 100% there. There's no Planeswalkers, no artifacts/equipment, and only 2 colors represented. I'm trying to design 2 more decks that can level up a new player once they're familiar with the red and green decks. I'd like these decks to be multicolor; have a higher emphasis on synergy; hopefully show white, blue, and black; and use Planeswalkers and Equipment. It's also important that the decks are balanced with each other and result in fun matches.
I'm not quite sure what to pair that deck with. I've thought about an Astral Drift deck, or perhaps WB Knights or WB Vampires. Some sort of WU or UB or WUB draw-go control could also be an option. I'd like the decks to be as cheap as possible since they're just used for teaching purposes.
