Labyrinth Raptor (new card from Ikoria) benefits creatures with menace. Are there any other cards that benefit creatures with menace? I'm thinking about building a deck around that mechanic.
If you could combine a bunch of top-heavy first string creatures and lure or provoke effects (example Krosine Vorine) then you could try to build creature removal in to attacking for fun and profit.
I am running the labyrinth raptor in a fairly casual exava voltron edh deck, just for the evasive body. Probably worked better in a Greven deck.
Sonorous Howlbonder references Menace, and improves the ability kind of. It's hard to evaluate, because the more you punish your opponent for blocking, the more you're overspending for some ultimately boring unblockable creatures. I might choose to add Invasion Plans for this reason; We can force our opponent to block in the way that makes Labyrinth Raptor into a real nightmare that eats creatures all day.
If you do ultimately just want unblockable creatures, Familiar Ground combos with menace in that way.
