It's not good, but I wanted to build a buyback deck after seeing Sentinel Tower, when it does work it's amazing but it's clunky and slow and wanted input to see if anyone had any ideas.
I'd aim for some alternative win conditions; once you're opponent realizes you plan to win via the tower- they'll go out of their wait to remove or nullify it. when it's gone, you can't win. Adeliz, the Cinder Wind with Wee Dragonauts would make for an intimidating smack to the face, especially when powered up with Elvish Fury and/or Seething Anger. Mizzix the Izmagnus would be able to lower the cost of most cards quickly.
Sprout Swarm or Wurmcalling gets some critters on the ground to benefit from repeated castings of Haze or even Seething Hatred.
*Buyback is an additional cost, so Convoke does work with it.
Speaking about Convoke, the Ascendancy has an interaction with Convoke spells. Tap your creatures to cast the spell- like Stoke the Flames or Chant of the Vitu-Ghazi- and then the creatures get boosted and untap... though that would require more creatures.
You're also playing a slow burn game... without Mizzix, or other cost reducers, you're open game. consider the "Storage Lands" either old ones like Sand Silos or alternative kin, like Fountain of Cho... build up mana, and just blast away when you have your conditions right.

Well, I like where your going. But I don't know what to take out and put in. And adding green would push me into 4 colors which sounds like a bad idea.
Sembalance Anvil is card disadvantage, but reducing costs by 2 for only 3 cmc is excellent. Palladium Myr might be even better with the ascendancy interaction. Kalani Heart Gem or Gilded Lotus would be excellent with Mind games. You may want to consider singleton copies of some of the other buyback cards. Capsize is of course amazing and can bounce problem cards like Trinisphere or Thalia. Forbid is a strong counterspell with an option of recasting. Fanning the Flames is worth it with enough cost reduction and also combos for two colored mana. Mystic Speculation can easily dig for the jeskai ascendancy.
A single Birds + Jeskai is enough to "go off" on turn 3. Just keep casting 1 mana cantrips to dig into more cantrips, then attack with a 20/21 Birds. You could fit Sentinel Tower into this sort of shell.
If you want to stick to buyback shenanigans, 2-mana cost reducers + Sprout Swarm is the fastest way to go infinite. With Memory Crystal+Semblance Anvil, Sprout Swarm costs 1 mana and chains indefinitely. It also goes infinite with Jeskai Ascendancy, as long as you have some initial mana to get the chain started (the Saprolings will all untap to Convoke). Even without enough pieces to go infinite, Sprout Swarm still gives you good value.

You have too few Buyback spells, imo. Forbid or Capsize are better than Mindgames, though i know Mind Games is cheaper.
Searing Touch and Fanning the Flames are your options for burn/removal.
Evangelize with Worthy Cause would through many an Eldrazi player into a frenzy. Change of Heart could be your saving glory.
