I'm not sure what you're doing here. If you're trying to play aggro, moving into white for tempered steel and glint hawks would make sense, or you could move towards a caranial plating build with more free artifacts. As it is, you have a ton of engine combo pieces without playing anything that lets them go off. Your land count is too high here. You should probably drop down to 20 or so and add in some appropriate mana rocks.

The erratic portal is just to bounce Hope of Ghirapur or some other cheap creature to untap Traxos or Battered Golem.
Walking Ballista is also very strong with Overseer + untappers.
