Alright so here it is:
Planeswalkers:
Liliana vess X1
Sorin markov X1
Creatures:
Erebos god of the dead X1
Crypt ghast X2
Abyssal specter X2
Blood seeker X1
Royal assasin X3
Visara the dreadful X1
Vampire nighthawk X2
Avatar of woe X1
Gifted aetherborn X2
Hythonia the cruel X2
Lilianas specter X3
Augur of skulls X2
Mikaus, the unhallowed X1
It kinda looks all over the place but I was going for either two ways to win, one is getting as much lilianas carreses out as possible and spamming discard cards, then using Liliana Vess’ (planeswalker) third ability to get all those discarded creatures out for a final attack. (I would use lilianas 2nd ability and the Diabolical tutor to get some of these cards). The 2nd way was to get Sorin Markov and use sorins vengeance right after using Sorin Markovs 2nd ability for a quick win, once again, using diabolic tutor to get those cards. I put those mass destruction cards as a defense mechanism Incase the enemy has a big number of creatures, and I also put those big mana creatures to make quick work of strong enemies. I would like some feedback and don’t be afraid to take some cards out and recommend new ones, I’m new to the forums and generally new to MTG, this is my 2nd deck I created and I’m looking forward to your feedback, thank you!
You've probably noticed the biggest problem with Liliana's Caress and Megrim effects. If the opponent doesn't have cards in hard they're blank. If you want to win with those style effects, I recommend including some instant speed discard. Funeral Charm and Scroll of Griselbrand are the top contenders. These let you make the opponent discard at draw step before they can play lands or sorcery speed spells.
Your creature package is questionable. You should probably pack in more specter's and drop some of the less interactive creatures like Mikeaus. If you focus on specters, Hypnotic Specter is still at the top of the list even after 20 years. Four copies would be correct.
If you want to focus more on board wipes and creature kill, you can either play creatures that recur themselves like Bloodghast, Nether Traitor or similar, or you can look at creatures that have an enters the battlefield or on death trigger that you don't care about the body. Ravenous Rats is the classic example of this, but it's been upgraded since it's heyday in the form of Black Cat or Burglar Rat. For creature based sacrifice you used to be reliant on Abyssal Gatekeeper, but we now have upgrades in the form of Fleshbag Marauder, Merciless Executioner and the awesome Plaguecrafter.
Finally, I recommend looking at some pauper mono-black control lists, especially Rat Control. There are a ton of great commons for mono-black decks and it's probably the cheapest color to build a strong deck for. I've won games against modern decks with a $10 budget using some of these cards.
Oh, finally, specific card cuts. Demonic tutor is an amazing card, but I think you might find that you don't need it in this deck style. In most cases it's adding two mana to a removal spell. It's probably better to play more removal in that slot. I would consider cutting the leechridden swamps too. Bojuka Bog would be far better in that slot with all of the discard. Augur of Skulls is probably better as a Wrench Mind or Hymn to Tourach. Visara and Hythonia are too expensive. If you cut them and mikeaus you can cut some lands too and rely on avatar's alternate cost.
