Multiple copies of Screams From Within work wonders, especially with Doomwake Giant and Grim Guardian. You will inevitably be forced to enchant your own guys with Screams From Within once you've killed all of your opponent's creatures, but your creatures have decent toughness, so they should be able to handle it. Just be careful not to put yourself in a position where you wipe your own board.
This deck is really good at killing creatures. Regeneration, hexproof, indestructible, protection, big creatures, token swarms, multiple opponents at once, this deck can handle them all.
Not many decks can protect against the loss of life caused by Agent of the Fates and Gray Merchant of Asphodel. These cards are great at grinding out inevitable wins against multiple decks at once.
While this deck may not have additional card draw, it generates substantial card advantage through it's self recurring enchantments and repeatable creature removal.
Unique and fun!
Cons:
Slow early game, can take a while to stabilize.
Can only kill creatures, nothing else. Pretty much auto-loses against creatures combo decks.
Sacrifice.dec and others can abuse things like Grave Pact and do a much better job killing things much more easily than this deck.
Grave hate in the form of things like Leyline of the Void and Rest in Peace can really ruin our day, but thankfully Mourning helps shore up this weakness a bit.
As with many decks like this, not all playgroups will like it.
Of course, this is just the initial build, so things may change. For example, Agent of the Fates and Mourning are great cards to have around, but I may not really need 4 each in the deck, since additional copies in play at the same time aren't nearly as useful.
Cards under consideration:
Crystal Chimes: Once an aura actually gets properly destroyed or countered in this deck, it's gone for good. This can fix that. Works with enchantment creatures as well.
Phyrexian Reclamation: Same as above, but only for creatures. It's cheap, repeatable, and triggers constellation. Better in a sac deck, but still a good card.
Erebos, God of the Dead: Same as above, but is also a nice beater, and an out against lifegain.
Sleeper's Guile: Another black recurring aura. That said, three mana is a bit steep, especially since fear isn't all that relevant since you usually won't attack for the win unless all the opponents creatures are already dead anyhow.
Tormented Hero: Something to do on the first turn. Another way to kill the opponent AND provide an early life cushion to give you time to set things up. That said, early game you are usually throwing Despondency and Mourning on the opponents creatures to prevent damage, and throwing them on this guy also knocks his power down to zero. That said, Mourning is REALLY good with him late game (and is a flavor win).
Recent Changes:
+1 Cabal Coffers
-1 Swamp
Obvious change, since this deck can use all the mana it can get.
+2 Phyrexian Arena
-1 Agent of the Fates
-1 Mourning
This deck could really use card draw, so I added some. Agent of the Fates and Mourning are both cards I only really need one of at a time, So I cut one each. That said, they are both still VERY effective at what they do, so we'll see if removing some of the redundancy has too much of a negative effect on the consistency or not.
So... thoughts? Suggestions? I realize this deck could be a lot stronger if I added white, but I'm trying to keep it mono black for now.
I think you desperately want both more mana (Cabal Coffers/Nyxthos) and more card draw (sometimes you will have all Auras in hand and none of your constellation gas and then it will just be terrible). Underworld Connections?
You are definitely right. I only have one Cabal Coffers, but I'll add it in. I don't have any Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx, but I can probably trade for some along with At least one Erebos, God of the Dead for card draw. The lack of forced lifeloss and the potential to draw a card the turn you play it is great for Underworld Connections, but my deck is too mana hungry to want to devote a Swamp each turn to drawing cards, when I can just stick some Phyrexian Arenas in there and give them a try instead. I already have 4, anyhow.
Cloudstone Curio is one of my favorite cards, but I can already do the same with Mourning by paying B to return it to my hand, and then recasting it for 1B. Since I don't have any enchantments with a cmc of 1, that means Cloudstone Curio makes it so I only have to pay 1B for that effect, instead of 1BB. That's a decent boost, but If that's what I'm looking for, I may as well run Cloud Key for potentially greater benefit. We'll see how things go.

1x Cabal Coffers
22x Swamp
Creatures 17
3x Agent of the Fates
3x Blightcaster
4x Doomwake Giant
3x Gray Merchant of Asphodel
4x Grim Guardian
4x Despondency
3x Fallen Ideal
3x Mourning
4x Necromancer's Magemark
2x Phyrexian Arena
4x Screams from Within
Pretty straightforward. Play auras, and Agent of the Fates, Blightcaster, and Doomwake Giant kill the opponent's creatures.

Necromancer's Magemark is solid protection against removal and a fantastic recursion engine. It also offsets Screams From Within, Mourning, and Despondency when played on your own guys. Lets you reuse Gray Merchant of Asphodel and close games.
Fallen Ideal is mostly just there as a sac outlet and as another recurring aura. The real finishers are Grim Guardian and Gray Merchant of Asphodel.

I'd maindeck Erebos, God of the Dead too for the same reason.
Cloudstone Curio seems busted if you can get a mana engine going on.
