Has very niche use in 2HG and other formats where you want to give an ally a Careful Study Minus so they can reanimate something, but it's just garbage for anything else
If only it was an instant or lets the player draw first. Eventually, word will print a blue hymn to tourach, which this close to the opposite of

Of the shadowmoor allied color pair Lieges, the only actually solid one is Wilt-Leaf Liege. Thistledown has some applications with surprise blocking Devotion gods, though.
Honestly, that wording made my head hurt. What's wrong with "Players can only play one non-artifact spell per turn." All I know, is the first "non-artifact" spell i'm casting- Lightning Bolt or Naturalize against this lady.

I honestly don't see why this guy is a rare. it's one draw, at the end of your turn. Yes, i know this card was in a set where graveyard manipulation was possible; still. really good uncommon, or a passable rare...

it's weak for modern and other stronger formats, but I do remember it was a useful card during it's time at Standard. The land fetching ensured that there would a be a Baneslayer Angel on turn 5, assuming the player has the angel on hand. It also allowed faster build up of plains for Emeria, the Sky Ruin.
I think Laboratory Drudge kind of pales against River Kelpie, though if there were an ability you could very cheaply activate from the graveyard at instant speed, you could draw a card during each player's turn

Like Glory's ability? i was looking at some Phoenixes, and most of them don't have instant-speed activated bounce abilities.
There aren't many Instants with Flashback or Retrace. Escape may be the most reliable...

Glory definitely costs way too much to activate it the amount of times I'd want to to get reasonable card draw out of Mr. Drudge. Maybe Reassembling Skeleton + Sac Outlet is the best, but there's better ways to trigger a card draw every time you do that.

nice card, an effective sideboard card against certain kinds of storm decks. Sold my two copies years ago, as I needed cash at that time.
