im surprised there wasn't an entire cycle of cards like these; like Color-swap had a cycle. Green had Avoid Fate, but that's not a specific hate card.

SELVAXRI! King of Misfortune & Master of Rocket Launchers "Do ya feel lucky? Because you'd better start runnin' while you still can." 375 Misfortune {+3 signed AP's} & 104 Rocket Launcher (41 AQ/ 63 Rev) Edgar Rice Burroughs, forgotten legend of the word.
Wouldn't hate a White Elemental Blast. Kills black permanents which is something that white does in those days of design with Exorcist and Northern Paladin and counters black spells which would most of the time would be a kill spell which white would thematically do as a form of protection.

If this was a 3/4 with Vigilance it'd be really cool. The way it is, it's not really that much better than General Jarkeld. Sorrow's Path is a better card, even if only for donate shenanigans or to proc Enrage.
Ankh of Mishra & Polluted Bonds. The latter would make players hesitant to grab any lands. else, this guy is pretty good in landfall based decks.

I like the goofy 7th edition art on this one. It's a Yotian Soldier that doesn't have the benefits or drawbacks of being an artifact. Underwhelming nowadays. Decent enough limited card back in the day, when you paid 4 mana for a 3/3 and liked it.
I liked the Lairs, though there was never any point in calling them Lairs. Upside to these guys, is they didn't enter in tapped and didn't care what you bounced.
Between the Depletion lands and Cycling lands, these lands did have their use, even if you only used two of the colors.
I run Rith's Grove in my GRW Wall deck for flexibility as well as bouncing cycling lands and the old Tempest Lockduals.
Then the Khan block brought in the Wedge-lands cycle...

He'd be more interesting if it could produce more Saprolings... like "for each green Aura attached, create a 1/1 Saproling" as is, there are better options for token generation... Verdant Embrace, Pollenbright Wings

Solid common for what it does, gains life a lot better than Courser of Kruphix but doesn't net you cards of course. Saw a lot of this one in casual decks when Zen was released.

I briefly had it in an Aether Vial deck, but replaced her with Skaab Ruinator.
