The 8/16/13 random card of the day is Impending Disaster. If you know of a combo or decklist involving this card, feel free to share it.
Looks like a nice card to start the game really fast with Goblin Guide, Vexing Devil and the likes.
But the card is flawed. It only armageddons during your upkeep, which means that you don't get the advantage of controlling the total number of lands. Imagine we are stalemated at 3-3 lands. If I want to close the door (because I have a better board position) and drop my 4th land, my opponent can go to four mana too. Or he has a full turn to get rid of the enchantment.

These are the decks that I have constructed, and are ready to play:
01. Ankh Sligh to be exact.
The 8/27/13 random card of the day is Blood Moon. If you know of a combo or decklist involving this card, feel free to share it.
It's great in almost any red deck since serious players tend to use a lot of non-basic lands. I used it in my goblin deck so that my Goblin King would make all of them unblockable.
I'd probably try it in a discard deck or maybe combine it with Storm Seeker.
4 Hellspark Elemental
4 Hell's Thunder
4 Blistering Firecat
3 Fickel Efreet
Spells: 19
4 Vapor Snag
4 Fire / Ice
4 Volcanic Fallout
3 Fault Line
2 Sleep
2 World at War
4 Teferi's Veil
Mana
4 Shivan Reef
4 Sulfur Falls
8 Mountain
6 Island
Since the Efreet's ability doesn't trigger until the end of combat, I figured that was the best way to abuse it.
As soon as you get a Veil in play, you can keep attacking with your creatures each combat when you normally wouldn't be able to.
The rest of the spells serve to get rid of blockers.
EDH Decks:
- Reya Dawnbringer // - Mistform Ultimus // - Balthor the Defiled // - Urabrask the Hidden // - Mirri, Cat Warrior
Since it's a 1 shot, might as well make it worth it: Master of Cruelties will hit hard. Gut Shot for the win right after!

Card looks terrible but I think it was pretty good limited fodder back in 4th and 5th edition.
I guess with Divine Offering you could get some life?
****ty card, though.
