i had someone offer me a foil one for my Teferi, Hero of Dominaria when i got it from the prerelease pack. i declined, as i had no need of this card. i managed to pull two more Teferi's.

in my old decks, i'd atleast run a pair of cycling lands. they're a good investment, as late game you could just ditch them for hopes of a better card- or planned for a topdeck utility.

Player: "How does Terror kill a creature?"
R&D: "We showed it your browser history."
Player: "Dude, low blow. Can't you name it something cool?"
R&D: "Eh fine..."
If Regeneration wasn't such an ignored ability, Terror is still a "better" card for the fact the creature can't be regenerated.

It's the card that people use as the standard for whether a creature is good.
Lots of my black casual decks play 4x of it.
