Well, with Intruder Alarm, you could go infinite if the 1 was produced by a creature, or if a previous token was sac'd to Ashnod's Altar; not to mention all those Inspire triggers.

I think a 3/4 flyer for 3 mana that's pretty easy on the mana would still be quite a sweet deal today. The drawback should be quite negligible. Just win the game or get rid of it befofe it becomes a problem, your opponent is very likely to help you with the later approach. Herald of Torment is a much more recent card for comparision.
Pretty unplayable because we have creatures with similar stats that actually provide some kind of card advantage (Just look at Hullbreacher.) Doesn't die to Lightning Bolt, shrug, doesn't present much of a threat either.
ah, the good creatures of old. They put drawbacks on undercosted cards like the efreet. I prefer Wormfang Drake though.. as it's drawback can be more easily used as an advantage with etb effects of other creatures.
Pressure Point is like Claw but for The Watcher instead of The Defect. It's kind of a trap in the same way. Annoying that artifact blocks it, but it can serve as impromptu AOE. Can be good in a deck that can put up a lot of block but doesn't work well with The Watcher's starting cards, since Eruption doesn't double its damage. Don't take before fighting Gremlin Nob.
(This is a card that can probably be put on an Isochron Scepter and not end the game immediately but still acquire you advantage.)
in other news. i had Mark Tedin sign a foil Ertai, the Corrupted i got a long time ago.

Yes, multikicker is a kicker ability. When paying for multikicker you pay a kicker cost.
Interestingly enough, a copy of a kicked spell will count as kicked, yet Eertai's Trickery cannot counter the copy, because no kicker cost has actualy been paid for it. (Please correct me if I'm wrong on that, I'm only like 95% sure. I'll ask in the rules forum to make sure.)
Someday there'll be an enchantment or artifact that gives all spells a kicker cost to do something, like "All spells have "Kicker: Discard a card" and "When you cast this spell, if it was kicked, draw a card""
The 1/11/21 random card of the day is Mirri, Weatherlight Duelist. If you have any comments, combos or a decklist involving this card, feel free to share.
Honestly, an underwhelming "mythic rare" Legend in a commander set. Dueling Grounds or Silent Arbiter do the same thing, without the wonky wording.

Well the point of this card is that you can attack with as many creatures as you want, and only get attacked with one. It's not the best one but it's probably almost on par with Thalia, Heretic Cathar
Three drops that only do combat stuff are pretty goofy but work sometimes
my only question is- what universe does this version of Mirri fit into? in the original series, she dies to Crovax... in the Time Spiral shenanigans, Crovax passes his curse on to Mirri the Cursed...

It's not an alternate version of the character, but another attempt at the card.
It's like how Gerrard Capashen is hot garbage and Gerrard, Weatherlight Hero is more interesting but still kind of garbage. Tahngarth's new card might be worse but it isn't bad. Crovax hasn't had a new card in a while but he had 3 cards already.
Only because they couldn't call it "Sucker Punch" in red.

I usually pick the earliest version of each card but I felt compelled to pick the famous blue card with green border.
