I've been messing around with this deck for a little bit now, and it's pretty amusing when it goes off. I can't really think of any budget cards to help it go off smoother without a Treasure Hunt in hand, can anybody help?
Granted it was a Standard Deck, but it can be ported over to a casual or multiplayer version. Adding in more Cascade, and a few Thran Foundry or Feldon's Cane For multi.
Can cut out the black for a budget version, and replace with Stuff like Captured SunlightEnlisted WurmBloodbraid Elf
Bloodbraid elf wants to go into your deck. Bituminous blast wants in to. That way every card in your deck is either a land or your 2 combo pieces. Some manlands wouldn't hurt either.
That's the full-budget Extended version of this deck, so obviously check there. 90% of your budget costs is the land base for this deck.
That said, you can sub cheap $ cascade (Violent Outburst, meybe!) for a SA (4 may be too many) if your mana will support it, then budgetize your mana base as best as you can. It won't be as fast as the full version, but what can you do...
You know, every non-land card in this deck beyond what is 100% necessary (treasure hunt and seismic assault) makes treasure hunt worse. Cards really need to have more value than "it finds combo pieces". [c]Ad nauseam[c] is a good example of that, however i don't like that it costs 5.
Sure, cascade makes it easier to find a treasure hunt, but when the treasure hunt reveals 3 lands and another cascader, you're not really in a better place than you were before.
4 Seismic Assault
4 Treasure Hunt
Lands (52)
28 Mountain
4 Vivid Crag
4 Vivid Creek
4 Vivid Grove
4 Vivid Marsh
4 Vivid Meadow
4 Gemstone Mine
The candles burn out for you; I am free.
It dredges your lands out and returns lands to your hand for assault.

Your build meets this criteria.
Interestingly, the question becomes - is your deck better than:
4x Seismic Assault
4x Ad Nauseam
52 land
I do not know.
If it is in your budget, you can try 4x City of Brass and/or Forbidden Orchard to take out 4x ETBT Vivids to add the slightest amount of speed. Cascade Bluffs of course. City of Ass, bwha ha ha!
If all that is too $, then maybe think about Forgotten Cave? Cycle it out to draw to your combo pieces.
Any body else think of any "minimalist" decks?

Halimar Depths is a glaring omission from the lands section. Along with some ways to Shuffle its an excellent way to dig for a hunt or the assault. Izzet Boilerworks allows you to recur them.
Khalni Garden Makes chumps
Valakut, the molten pinnacle can be an alt-win.
Reliquary Tower allows you to hold on to your massive grip after a treasure hunt.
New Benalia
as previously mentioned, cycling lands are good.
Manlands are also great.
Just mulligan aggressively, and you'll be fine. All you need is the one treasure hunt, after all.
