Heyo. I really don't know if anybody is interested in this, as I don't see people sharing whole lists of their decks, but I'll throw up this post.
Myself, I've been a casual player since Ice Age, never really quit, but had a couple of periods where I kept up with the game but didn't play much. I tend to build weird decks, but I have competitive decks as well. Some of these are fairly typical archetypes, and some are homebrew. I can't seem to take apart decks so I usually leave them. Many are budget friendly as well.
If you'd like to see a decklist for a particular deck plus tips / tricks for playing the deck:
a. If the deck has already been posted, the deck name is underlined and you can click the link to go to the thread. If you'd like to comment.. CHECK THE DATE! IF IT'S OLD, DON'T POST THERE! (THAT WOULD BE A NECRO) PM INSTEAD and can discuss via PM or I'll repost the deck in a new thread.
b. If it hasn't been posted, then ... DON'T POST HERE! (THAT WOULD BE A NECRO) PM INSTEAD and I'll put the list up in Casual.
c. If the format of the post seems weird, it's cuz this used to be a Extendo-Sig in the Testing Grounds... and those died.
May the force be with you.

And I have the following in various states of completeness / unplayed / unbought:
What I'd be interested in first, however, would be to inquire about which of those decks would work well in multiplayer (in my playgroup, it's generally 5 total players and you win if you eliminate your 2 non-adjacent opponents--all 4, however, are your opponents and your 2 adjacent opponents can attack (rare)/do things to prevent you from winning).
One on one for me is almost nil... Not sure how I feel about that, but it is what it is.
Budget isn't a concern, nor is any playstyle frowned upon (you can set up the most annoying deck from hell and, if it's effective, you'll probably be praised far more often than chastised! LOL)

Quick and Cheap Alters (looking to fill up some slots so some special pricing currently)
I wouldn't mind taking a look at "Burning the Candle at Both Ends" and at your MonoBlack lists ("Aww, Rats", "Dead Days" and "Shadow Bones"). Maybe "life/link" too.

I rolled 5 D6's and got 3 fours. They must have changed the odds of getting a 4!
I seem to remember a thread like this a few years ago as well. it is interesting to read and talk bout. A problem i have had for years is on the very question of "what is casual?" Are Skull Clamps casual? Are proxies casual? Are turn one, two, or three kill decks casual? Things of this nature.
I don't use proxies. I despise them. I do, however, understand why some people use them. you want to know if a card should be in your deck or not before you go out and buy them and/or your local store doesn't carry them currently. I know I prefer to support my local store over saving a few dollars here or there on eBay. After all, they have a place for us Magic players to meet and play.
I have always hard a hard time with the word "casual" because of power creep. I like to play with good cards and nice/fun card interactions. However, on several occasions I get someone jokingly say "I don't want to play your decks, they're mean." Then they sit down and play me.
For example, I have this nuts elf deck that rolls over to removal, as an elf deck should, but when it is given a few good early turns it can lock the other guy out of the game and just win.
I have a Black and White discard control deck that hates on creatures and wins with The rack and the bleed mechanic from Guildpact. I have a few MBC decks of different styles. A creatureless control version and a couple with creatures. I have a mono blue stasis deck. From time to time I put back together my Worldgorger Dragon combo deck. I have a local favorite, "Ninjas with rocket Launchers." I also play with two or three EDH decks. I even play a classic mono red Sligh deck when I am in the mood.
Home brew decks are also a lot of fun. For a time I ran this concoction:
Do you have any idea how much fun that deck was to play? Yes it is SUPER weak against simple removal like Terror, but that isn't the point. You should see the look on someone's face when they are at like 87 life and are going to lose once I turn my guys sideways.
Plays like turn three Kavu Predator with one green open, they play a burn spell and I play Healing Leaves targeting them to gain 3 life to make the Kavu a 5/5 is so much fun. Also, Temporal Isolation is a ton of fun because it has flash. I had a guy forget that one time. He attacked and afer blockers played a bounce spell on the Temporal Isolation thinking his massive creature filled with +1/+1 counters from Sheltering Ancient would bash in for the win only to have me say "okay, play it again on him. Next turn swing, GG?" Another game i had someone kill the Temporal Isolation to swing with a different massive creature only to have me play condemn on it and make both of my Kavu HUGE.

zkornz: "Burning the Candle at Both Ends" and "Shadow Bones" have not been built yet, but I can take a stab at my starting deck. The rest I have played, will put the lists up in Casual, and PM you.
Drain Life: Yea, there is always going to be problems with the definition of "casual." There have been a few threads discussing this. Ultimately, it's up to your playgroup. Having a wide variety of levels of competitiveness of decks on rotation can help. Mix it up. Somedays will just suck though; last game day I had died badly to my firend's inf. mana combo on turn 5.... no chance. Two games later, I got back at him with one of my heavy control decks. Ebb and flow, you know.
Myself, I've been a casual player since Ice Age, never really quit, but had a couple of periods where I kept up with the game but didn't play much.
LOL)
Kokusho, The Evening Star, Exsanguinate and Glen Elendra Archmage have a restriction of 1 per deck.

I only have a few decks actually put together (to an extent), but I have a couple dozen planned out.
--- Meren of Clan Nel Toth --- Jhoira of the Ghitu --- Prime Speaker Zegana ---
--- Drana, Kalastria Bloodchief --- Ghoulcaller Gisa --- Akroma, Angel of Fury --- Titania, Protector of Argoth ---
1. WR Manabarbs lockdown - Manabarbs, Urza's Armor, and Humility team up to frustrate a multiplayer table. Direct damage (Lightning Helix, Chandra Nalaar, Ajani Vengeant,)can finish off anyone who wants to try to wait me out.
2. UPainter's Douse - Painter's Servant, Douse, and a toolbox of Ravnica transmute cards with Guile, and Oona, Queen of the Fae to finish things.
3. WUB Underworld Swans - Underworld Dreams, Swans of Bryn Argoll, Pariah and a bunch of other worthless cards that all combine to create another unsuccessful multiplayer UW dreams deck.
4. G Infinite Elves - Presence of Gond + Devoted Druid + Coat of Arms loses to squirrels every time.
5. UG Leviathans Leviathans Leviathans - Not so many leviathans. Elvish Piper tries to bring out Inkwell Leviathan. Won a couple thru dumb luck. Needs work. :/
6. U1 Urzatron - A big mana artifact deck that wins games in all sorts of fun ways.
7. WB Stuffy Control - Stuffy Doll, Pariah, Pestilence, Wrath of God, Vindicate. I didn't include Guilty Conscience because that's just wrong.
8. WU Exalted Weenies - Very fast, very deadly. Ace in the hole? Soltari Trooper.
9. RG Doubling Sarkhan- Doubling Season, Sarkhan Vol, Protean Hydra, Lightning Serpent, nuff said.
10. WRG Progenitus Beatdown - Progenitus, Natural Order, accelerants + Godsire, Lure of Prey, and Naya Zoo with Path to Exile. Fast & consistently deadly.
11. WG Angelstorm - Sigil of the Empty Throne, Auratog, Rancor, Flickering Ward, Sterling Grove, and lots of support cards. Works well in big multiplayer, ends badly for others.
12. 1 Basic Affinity - Cranial Plating, Artifact lands, ornithopters, Myr Enforcers, Frogmites, etc. Fast, but has to win fast, or it's done.
13. BG Kavu Predator - Multiplayer juggernaut. Kavu Predator, Skyshroud Cutter, Lightning Greaves, game. Nasty sidecards: False Cure, Reverent Silence, Rite of Consumption, Avoid Fate... Good times.
14. UB Meek Thopter - Early Sword of the Meek, Thopter Foundry, Ashnod's Altar, Time Sieve deck. Quite effective. Is this really ROFLcopter?
15. WW Kithkin Aggro - Cribbed from a tourney winning Kithkin deck, when kithkin were type 2. Very competent at multi-player.
16. BRG Jund Aggro - Built off the current type 2 archetype. very effective in T2, needs work for the kitchen table.
17. WUG Bant Aggro/Midrange - Trying to make a Bant Aggro deck win multiplayer. Rafiq of the Many, Finest Hour and Baneslayer Angel help a lot.
18. B What's yours is mine. - Soul Snuffers, Necroskitter, Damnation. Untested.
19. WBG - Persisting combos. No name deck based off 2/2 persist creatures, Sigil Captain, and Juniper Order Ranger. Sac persisters to Carrion Feeder, Altar of Dementia, and some others FTW. Fragile combo that sometimes works.
20. U I'll take all the turns please - Isochron Scepter/Final Fortune/Platinum Angels with control elements.
Well, that's all I've got together at the moment, but I've got a Knight of the Reliquary/Emeria, The Sky Ruin/Harrow/Rampant Growth/Baneslayer idea running around in my head, along with a Warp World/Murasa Pyromancer/Ob Nixilis, the Fallen/Valakut, The Molten Pinnacle deck idea...
16 Forest [Invasion 350/350 "Ewok Village" art]
4 Gaea's Cradle
Creatures 24
4 Llanowar Elves
4 Fyndlhorn Elves
4 Qurion Ranger
4 Priest of Titania
4 Temberwatch Elf
2 Wellwisher
2 Ambush Commander
4 Tangle Wire
3 Winter Orb
3 Slate of Ancestry
2 Coat of Arms
Other Spells 4
1 Crop Rotation
1 Fastbong
2 Overrun
I have a Black and White discard control deck that hates on creatures and wins with The rack and the bleed mechanic from Guildpact. I have a few MBC decks of different styles. A creatureless control version and a couple with creatures. I have a mono blue stasis deck. From time to time I put back together my Worldgorger Dragon combo deck. I have a local favorite, "Ninjas with rocket Launchers." I also play with two or three EDH decks. I even play a classic mono red Sligh deck when I am in the mood.
Home brew decks are also a lot of fun. For a time I ran this concoction:
4 Wall of Shards
4 Sheltering Ancient
4 Kavu Predator
4 Whitemane Lion
4 Stonecloaker
4 Healing Leaves
4 Condemn
4 Temporal Isolation
4 Summoner's Pact

Lunatic: I play a mix of duels, free for all, and 2HG. Some of my better free for all multiplayer decks would be:
1. "Burn" - Typical mono-red burn with bonus Form of the Dragon
3. "Opal Reserve" - Opal creatures with Mesa Entrantress / Auras that give protection
7. :symr::symw::symg: "The Clash!" - Rebellion of the Flamekin clash deck
8. :symu::symg: "Simic Seasons" - Graft and Doubling Season with creature tokens
10. :symr::symu: "Acid Abuse" - Reality Acid + bouncing your stuff + Suspend cards to keep the aggro
14. :symg::symw: - "Recycle / Aluren" - All 3 or less weenie aggro, then play your deck with the combo
17. :symw::symu::symb::symr::symg: - "Broken Tribe" - Slivers deck wins, Planar Chaos focused

19. - "Aww, Rats." - Casual reanimator with Rat tribal
21. :symb::symw: - "Pestilence Protection" - Pro: Black creatures, Pestilence = creature board control
22. - "Fatties" - Old school style mana ramp to green fat
27. :symu::symb: - "Fae Gone Wild" - Budget Faeries with a Flash focus - Get it, flashing faeries! Lolz
28. :symb::symr: - "Fatal Blow" - Pinger control with Death Pits of Rath
31. - "Life/Link" - Hybrid style lifelink
32. :symu::symb: - "This. Is. MADNESS!" - Madness, graveyard filling as a resource, make any Spartan proud.
34. :symg::symu: - "Serpenterra" - Islandwalk deck wins with merfolk, big serpents, and bonus Drumhunter and Simic Guildmage fun
35. :xmana::symb::symw::symr: - "Headgear" - Hellbent style with Mindstorm Crown, Grafted Skullcap, and Skullmead Caludron plus handle every card type with 2 CMC creatures that destroy artifacts, creatures, or enchantments, also bonus AEther Vial
36. :symr::symu: - "Outside Assistance" - I only own two planeswalkers, Chandra and Jace, so they are here in a pretty typical counter-burn style deck
37. :xmana::symb::symu::symw: - "Esper Artifice" - Esper + Trinket Mage + trinket toolbox = PROFIT!
38. :symb::symr::symg: - "187 Cloudstone Curio" - Annoying abuse of "comes into play" critters
39. - "Rebel Yell" - Rebel tribal with a splash of Planar Chaos oddballs
40. - "Snakes on a Planeswalker" - Upwelling + mana walls mana ramp to Endless Swarm, all-in style, or control style to Call of the Wild + fatties
41. :symr::symw: - "Asplode!" - Earthquake style deck with flyers and tings immune to 'quakes
43. :symbr::symgb::symbu::symgr::symwb:- "Withering Demise" - Ultra-Hybrid style wither deck with Kulrath Knight, -1/-1 counters, wither creatures and creature wipe
44. - "The Warriors" - Warrior tribal
48. :symw::symu: - "Wicked Reflection" - Enchantment deck with creature type abuse, Spirit Mirror, creature type changers, that other "reflection" enchantment, Opalescence to finish.
53. :symu::symr: - "HaXoR" - Change color words or colors of stuff, then Hibernation, Pyroblast, Anarchy, etc!
zkornz: "Burning the Candle at Both Ends" and "Shadow Bones" have not been built yet, but I can take a stab at my starting deck.
