This is my first attempt at an EDH deck. I played magic from 1994-2011 but haven't played at all since. I met a couple of guys who play EDH and borrowed a precon commander deck that was super under powered compared to what they were using. My goal is to build a deck that I would enjoy playing that had a chance to win. It has two ways of gaining infinite turns.
The deck can also use Ring of Three Wishes for a time walk card followed by Regrowth to string several turns in a row before going infinite to setup, such as getting out my commander Kruphix, God of Horizons, banking mana between turns to then search for a planar portal and go infinite. Doubling Cube has a lot of synergy with this commander as well.
Considerations
I have been thinking of adding Intuition, Life from the Loam, Strip Mine/Maze of Ith/other utility land. This would give me some control and recovery from an Armageddon. The biggest problem I have is I don't really know the typical commander meta and what would be effective and what wouldn't be.
I'd like input on any glaring problems the deck has and what patches I could work in to help tighten up those issues. I'd also like to know if there are any obvious staples that I should be running. Thanks!
Your list looks prefectly fine for a first draft. I would play it and see what doesn't quite fit.
I will say, your opponents may get sick of your deck if it's consistent. You may get sick of it as well, i would think i would love this style of deck, turns out it was not much fun for me either. You will consistently assemble infinite turns, or even just stack 2 or 3 , and then its time for a new game as no one wants to watch you play solitaire, where is the fun in this, you never even get to kill people. you just play solitare and hope to spike the turns before they kill you.
Depending on how strong their decks are you may be better off not trying to go infinite turns.

Combo
Erratic Portal/Crystal Shard + Eternal Witness/Archaeomancer+Time Warp/Capture of Jingzhou/Temporal Manipulation
Planar Portal + Nexus of Fate
Synergies and Soft locks

Doubling Cube has a lot of synergy with this commander as well.
Erratic Portal and Crystal Shard also work great with ETB effect such as Mystic Snake. Maybe less obvious is Erratic Portal and Crystal Shard also assist the effectiveness of Propaganda and Rhystic Study

Just some one-for-one card quality changes you could look at.
Opt -> Preordain
Viridian Shaman -> Manglehorn
Naturalize -> Beast Within
Mausoleum Wanderer, All Suns' Dawn look weak.
Seedborn Muse is very strong with Kruphix, God of Horizons as you get to keep the mana each turn.
Mystical Tutor would be a nice addition.
