I don't have any hard numbers on this, but I'm targeted more often than a black guy driving a beat-up sedan with a broken tail-light and no license plate, and Cy's well aware of that.
I discovered Card Kingdom in a magazine ad back in 2000/2001 (I forget exactly when) and decided to place an order with them, as I was looking for some specific cards back then. Since then, they've been my go-to source for most of my Magic needs. Their prices on staples is usually slightly lower than Star City, but this isn't universal (for example, Card Kingdom has Jace, The Mind Sculptor at $5 less, but Elspeth $5 higher).
I've never had a bad experience with them either. Cards are always sent in plastic cases, tapped shut in a bubble mailer; shipping is extremely predictable (approximately three days from order for me; this has never been different in close to nine years of business with them). I haven't had any issues in terms of selling them cards either; I've probably sold over $500 worth of cards to them in my nine or so years dealing with Card Kingdom.
In terms of Magic supplies, like sleeves, Star City usually has a better selection. Card Kingdom, for years, only offered KMC sleeves (which is fine, as they're good sleeves). The addition of ultra-pros is recent (within 1-2 years I think).
Their pricing on Promo cards is hit or miss. For example, their Judge Promo Sol Ring is $10 cheaper than Star City, but their Judge Promo Bloodstained Mire is $7 higher.
My biggest complaint against Card Kingdom is they do not stock foreign cards, but that shouldn't be considered a major black mark against them given they do cater to an English speaking market.
I have nothing to report on their customer service as I have never needed to contact them for anything.
Overall, Card Kingdom has been, and remains my go-to place for Magic cards.

I don't have any hard numbers on this, but I'm targeted more often than a black guy driving a beat-up sedan with a broken tail-light and no license plate, and Cy's well aware of that.
I have ordered from CK many times and have been satisfied each time. Generally, the only thing I buy from them (or any store, really) is random EDH stuff, and I found many older EDH goodies there for GREAT prices about 1-2 years ago. Of course, most of those cards have since gone up, but that's more of a reflection on the market in general than CK specifically.
I've never had a problem ordering from them, and highly recommend them, as they are behind only Star City when it comes to quality of service.
This is going to seem like a stupid dilemma. I have already emailed cardkingdom, but it's saturday, so they haven't sent any response yet.
I'm in the process of selling cards to cardkingdom.com, and I'm also ordering cards for about the same value. I've ordered cards from them before, but never sold cards to them, and I'm having some trouble. I'm only 17 so I don't have a credit card or paypal or anything, I'll probably ship my cards, get the check, order the cards I'm buying with my dad's credit card, then give him the check.
The thing is, I've just somewhat accidentally submitted my order (it said it had one step left, I wanted to see what that step entailed, then it said "Thank you for submitting your order"), and now I don't know how they want me to ship the cards. I've kept one of those plastic containers they send, even with that little piece of foam and the tape, the exact way they ship cards to me. But, that little plastic box is usually inside a cardboard box, and I don't have that. Also, do I have to go to the post office and get the plastic box weighed or something? I'm really worried now that I've submitted the order because this is about $100 worth of cards that I'm dealing with and I don't know what I'd do if I made a mistake and just blatantly lost them all.
tl;dnr - I'm young and stupid and I probably don't even know how to properly send a letter, need to mail 30ish cards to cardkingom.com, please help.
Sup sup,
Alright... Here we go. Since you have a few cards, 30, you might want to throw them in a little box to make sure they don't get thrown around an envelope and bent up, but the shipping can cost a little more.
Or you can use a larger padded envelope.
Anyway, lets start here!
But basically, if you have the solid plastic clear card covers, use those (not sure what to call them, but they are hard plastic, slot along the top with a thick plastic edge), and just stick your cards in a light sleeve (2-4 at a time, I would say stick to 2) and then slide them into the solid plastic covers.
Take the top of the hard card cover and tape it tightly shut so there is no chance of the tape getting on your cards.
If you're going to use a little box...
Stack all the hard covers up, wrap them in something so the don't knock around (paper towel, bubble wrap) whatever you have laying around, sit them nicely in the box, tape a separate piece of paper with the mailing address and the return address neatly printed on, tape it onto the box, and then wrap the majority of the box (mainly the open edges) in a nice thin layer of tape.
If you're going to use a padded envelope...
Use a bubble-padded envelope, you can pick em up at staples for a buck or so. Tape all the hard cases together, lightly (don't forget its REALLY frustrating taking the tape off of the card holders and getting the cards out, so be liberal with it), and then tape the stack (or two) of hard card holders to the inside middle of the padded envelope, if you have more than one stack, overlap them as you LIGHTLY tape them to the inside of the envelope.
Once thats done, put a nice layer of tape over the lip of the envelope to give it a nice seal and do the address and all that fun stuff neatly.
Hope this helps, and hope its comprehensible. Its clear in my head, hopefully I'm getting it across clearly too!
Here, this is basically what I'm dealing with:
If I just put that in an envelope do you think it'll turn out okay?
EDIT: Holy crap. I didn't mean for it to be so large. I suggest dragging it into a new tab and zoom out with ctrl - - or something (that's what I do in Chrome) to be able to see it better.
As long as the card isn't loose in there, because in the mail it will get knocked around, and could possibly screw up the edges.
And as a tip, quickly get that large picture in a pulldown before a moderator gives you a warning
I've had nothing but good experiences. I never bought any "hot" items on here, I made a few decks and bought the whole decks off there for pretty cheap (land destruction, vamps) and the nm cards were mint, and fast shipping to Canada.
It's the only online store I've used besides Ebay.
Ive ordered from card kingdom many times over the years, and only had one bad experience. I was ordering a Zendikar box, and they sent me one in Japanese. I'm not quite sure how this happened, seeing as they don't sell foreign cards. Anyway, when I contacted them about it, they sent me an English box, along with a pre-payed shipping label to sent the Japanese one back. They even threw in a couple of m10 packs for the inconvenience.
So, all in all Card Kingdoms a pretty good place to go. Their prices are hit and miss sometimes though.
I've completed somewhere near 20 orders with CK, never once had an issue. They are more than fair with card condition; I almost always buy EX cards when they have them, the cards are still in wonderful shape. (I've had other stores try to pass off cards in worse shape than CK's EX grading as near mint).
Their prices for random cards are frequently a bit higher than what you might pay elsewhere, but they are so trustworthy I find it worth the difference. I rarely sell to stores (Devaluing your collection at Log2 isn't fun) but the one batch of cards I sent to CK went through without a hitch.
KingAlanI, be careful selling cards to them. I sold them about $40 worth of cards (after gradings, and I've graded cards for retailers before) and they completely reemed me, marking almost everything as slightly played and decreasing my sell value to $30. (I can post the actual inventory if anyone wants to see it)

The same thing happened to me on my first (and last) sale to them. I sent a card that was perfect save for a couple of tiny surface scratches, only visible when tilted to the light, and they gave me a VG rating, halving their offer. To anyone else that was easily a NM card.
I've never had that problem with them; *MTGFanatic* on the other hand, has a very consistent habit of being way too nitpicky on condition in that regard.
I've used them a few times without incident (though not as often and not in as large quantity as the other buylists I've used)
I like how they take up to 99 copies of a particular card; this can be relevant and useful when I've got commons to get rid of.
@reikamu: Even the very smallest bubblemailer (size #000 I think) should hold 30 cards.
When shipping cards in a bubblemailer, I often just wrap them tightly in paper before putting them in the bubblemailer. When putting in an envelope (not recommended for this many), I use a toploader sandwich, and tape the toploader (not the cards of course) to the letter so that pile doesn't slide around.
I save bubblemailers (which I often get when having cards sent to me) so I can reuse them for cards I send out.
ive dealt with card kingdom dozens of times....and any time ive complained about their grading(i only send nm cards into stores) they have reimbursed me the difference. I always add a note that states if they grade any single cards worth more then $5 to notify me first so i can have them returned
easily the best organized web site ive used, and they ALWAYS have the highest buy prices....ALWAYS
Anyone have made an order from another country (other than USA & Canada).
If so, do you have any trouble?? I live in Mexico and want to make an order to CK, but I want to read experiences from other buyers...
A friend of mine (also living here in Australia) regularly used them over a period of a few years. He never had any problems - orders always arrived within three weeks and in good condition.
I bought my singles from CardKingdom years ago, and after a long hiatus just started purchasing cards from them again. My experiences with them are often spectacular. In the last 10 orders, I've only had an issue come up twice:
1) A play set of one card was replaced by a play set of another card
2) #1 happened again and they forgot to send an item in the order
Both times, I emailed them and got a prompt response, an apology, and the missing items were shipped the day of. I get my items two days later in perfect packaging as well. I often try to make $200 or more orders so shipping is free.
The prices are hit or miss, and buying bulk commons can be a pain since they default to 0.25 each; but my experiences have been so good that I keep returning to their site. My only real gripe is sometimes I'll order a NM card, yet I'll get one in EX or VG condition instead. On the flipside, I'll order an EX card and get a NM/M card.
Inventory: 5/5 - They keep it very up to date
Shipping: 5/5 - Fair prices, quick, well-packaged, free for orders above $200
Customer Service: 5/5 - Not a problem yet
Grading: 4/5 - Would like to see a little more consistency
Price: 4/5 - Very fair for a majority of cards
I have never had a problem with cardkingdom as they are one of my go to places for magic the gathering. Everything i have ever bought from them has been excellent
My absolute favorite online magic store. In 10 orders I've had one issue. They did not ship the bulk land I ordered from them in one of my orders. I thought it was going to be a headache, but to my surprise I emailed them my issue and they resolved it instantaneously with no questions asked. My item was shipped immediately with no shipping charges. I have the utmost faith in their business. Their singles selection is extensive and the pricing is fair. I will be a long-time customer of theirs for many years to come.
This was the first store I lost an order on. They have been good for a long time always sending me decent condition cards and fairly quickly. Lately right as the Frantic Search got unrestricted, I bought two foil ones for fairly cheap as the prices had not raised up yet and of course, this is the one that mysteriously got lost in the mail. I'm only out $16 bucks, but that's annoyingly convenient it was these after all the orders I placed that had no problem.
Guess it's one to watch for pulling things that might raise quickly.
