I realize the Reaper was kicked out of M11 for Captivating Vampire, but trust me, you’ll see the Reaper again. I can’t make the same promise for Zombie Master.
I could see it in Innistrad, zombies are a big part of gothic horror, although vampires are more famous from the genre. Still, one of the first Gothic Horror stories was essentially a zombie story (Frankenstein. The Monster is pretty much a sentient zombie).
I imagine we get Captivating Vampire in M12 and Cemetary Reaper in Innistrad, since vampires are very prevalent in the core set compared to zombies.

Doubt it'll be back in m12. I'm sure it'll be reprinted further down the line however.
We've already had 4-5 Vampires spoiled, so I don't really think Wizards is going to be pushing two separate tribes in a single color. It just wouldn't make sense.

and both are pretty tired and over done at this point. I think Mummies and Werewolves need to come back.
Just because.

Brian Tinsman, Set Designer :?mana::snow::snow:
Legendary Creature – Human Designer (MR)
Brian Tinsman, Set Designer can only be cast during the third set of a block.
When Brian Tinsman, Set Designer enters the battlefield, ignore all flavor and mechanics of the first two sets in the block. "Ok so what do we have here... gothic horror? Scrap it. Expand the Devine Vs. Demonic duel deck to 244 cards and print it!"

There weren't many Vampires in the Scars block, so I doubt it'll be in M12. I am guessing we'll see many more Zombies through INN and then maybe have him appear in M13.
Cemetary Reaper with art by Nils Hamm, please. This guy's art is phenomenal across the board, but he definitely has a particular knack for depicting the undead.
I don't think that Captivating Vampire is going to be back in M12, after seeing the Prerelease promo, so Cemetery Reaper could have a shot.
Due to the sheer number of vampires spoiled so far (there's like five of them, ranging from common to Mythic Rare), I think we can safely say that there won't be many zombies in M12, thus it is a solid bet that Cemetary Reaper will *not* be printed in M12 and there is a significant chance that Captivating Vampire will show up in the set. That said, the Mythic vampire is a pseudo-lord, with it granting bloodlust to other vampirers and all, so then again... (http://forums.mtgsalvation.com/showthread.php?t=329308)

I sure as hell didn't "fear the reaper." I think they can do better for a core set zombie lord. I hope we don't see Cemetery Reaper until a Zombie vs. ________ comes about.

Fix'd ^_^.
Also, I'd love to see the return of the zombies somewhere in the near future. There is just something about those brain-consuming walking-dead-guys that makes them special. Too bad (but considerably logic marketing-wise) Wotc chose for vamps to be their go-to black coreset creatures.

OK, so where would the few zombie plants fit in... or would they be the referee? Imagine a zombie plant in a black and white shirt... it's just soooo embarassing for the poor undead.
Cemetery Reaper is kind of a one-man tribe, interestingly. His graveyard exile ability is almost always relevant, so he might even show up in a set that doesn't have a huge zombie tribe ("huge" being the kind of support each tribe got in Lorwyn).
Personally, I'm not too fussed, because I really like the way they've gone with vampires - sophisticated, sensual, and absolutely freaking terrifying.

Death Baron is my favourite Zombie art (and a fantastic card too)

I would love to see the Cemetary Reaper come back, zombies is possibly my favorite tribe in magic. However with the number of vampires spoiled so far I doubt that it'll show. More likely vampires will be the main black tribe again *yawn*
