Anyone remember when "Demon, flying, trample, X/X for Mana Value X" was attached to a huge downside??
Of course, this is hardly the best demon around, just the MV of 6 makes it unplayable in many decks and even formats, but it still feels weird to me to get something with all upside.
I wonder how he fits in story-wise, seeing he's the size of Elder Demons...
Yeah, this is also something that blows my mind. Black flying creatures in general had a huge power issue. I remember seeing Necrogen Scudder and thinking wow, a 3 mana 3 power flyer in black. Awesome! Now that kind of mana parity for flying demons is pretty standard. I definitely like this card, but I won't be able to accidentally lose when I cast it like Demonlord Belzenlok. He killed me a few times by drawing too many cards. Lol.
If this topic continues to go down this road, after I've already made multiple notes about discontinuing it, this thread will be locked. Remain on topic and discuss the card.
