Actually from what I can tell the only strong inaccuracy is Niv-Mizzets new body (also I think Tomik became acting guildmaster of the Orzhov so that Kaya wouldn't be bound to them anymore? Then again that might have happened later). Also Teferi seems to not have joined the Gatewatch here or at least is taking a break with his family. Maybe they had to work with a draft version of War of the Spark? But the comic has already been called non-canonical, so it might just be a way to distinguish this continuity from the main story...
Which I'm actually a bit saddened by, I really like the comic overall, and the big bad is an interesting character to use for this. Also explains quite nicely what happened to them. Certainly more interesting than Forsaken's plot. As long as it doesn't contradict the main continuity too much I will just put it as "having happened" sometimes before Zendikar Rising in my head canon.
