The 2nd effect alone makes her a house against Control. Delaying a Wrath by 2 whole turns is pretty much the same as just turning it into a blank, and could easily be 3 if your opponent is running Snows. It also hoses Tron's endgame threats, Heliod's CoCos and Chords as well as Ad Nauseam.
As for the Shield, it`s a game-winner against Storm and hoses Amulet Titan. Other than that, I mostly just see it as a way to protect Reidane if you draw a second copy.
