Proph, you were strong, and mostly just got POE'd out at the end. Really, mostly everyone was pretty good I feel like. Got a bit slow at times, but still enjoyable, and I'll take that over 1000+ days of spam posting everytime.
Thank you Rhand!

Ambush Krotiq makes me laugh so much. I keep rereading the card and it keeps not having Flash. In what sense is this an ambush again? I just have visions of this huge Krotiq poorly concealed in some bushes, feeling slightly sad that his carefully planned ambushes never seem to work.
Well, Highroller ignored me. And I'm well and done with sitting around.
Chris was busted the moment he claimed "vanilla" but I've been sitting on it for days in the hopes that we might get his partner exposed from him (and them) talking.
How do I know he's busted?
*cough*
Well, you see, I wasn't just a 1-shot Cop. I also had a 1-shot Watch. Since I figured I might have put a target on Grapefruit's head by declaring him Town yesterday, I Watched him last night. He was targeted by Chris (Cayvie). Obviously, Grape didn't die, so, that wasn't necessarily incriminating by itself, but when he lied, it was over.
What made it more interesting, though, was that Chris wasn't the only person who targeted Grapefruit last night. I also saw Highroller. I hinted at this here:
Anyway, I'm currently seeing Cayvie and Highroller as people of interest.
This made me curious about what this simple woodland creature was doing, hence my above question. Had Highroller claimed vanilla also, we might have busted both of them. As it is Highroller now has a chance to explain it, but as I said, I'm way past trying to get more out of this. Chris really killed it.
How likely that two scum both targeted Grape and neither was killing him? Probably not, though I have seen it before. I'll be curious to see what Chris flips as. But for now, I'm done.
Vote: Sir Chris

All right, @Highroller, I've got one question. You already claimed "Bird" in your opening post, and you've been an advocate for mass claiming. We had one "woodland creature" flip as vanilla Town already, and one Dwarf flip as vanilla town. I would like to know if "Bird" is vanilla town also. That's it. If not, I am not asking what you are or what your role is, just if it's vanilla or not. This is going to help me with my worldview on this game.
Once again, I'm not overly optimistic about my chances of living through the night, so I will have some "final" thoughts before we end the day.

Yeah, I am about to give up on whatever marginal info. I might have pulled out of Chris commenting on people and just move forward. It's not the "technically" correct play, but this is just dead right now.

I see some people are getting hasty with the stabbing. I guess vaimes has moved atop my iso list. Yes, let's murder the person qho just replaced into a slow pace game who has accounted for where they will be for a bit, truly the wisdom of an experienced town player.
Vaimea are you mad your mislynch bait got replaced?
On the other hand, "Hello, I am here. I am now going to go read my new book." Is not an especially encouraging opening. You don't seem to fully appreciate that - if you are Town - the Town is in a rather precarious spot, with your potential mis-elimination looming.

I'm sympathetic. Going to give it just a little longer.

But only because I am reading the dresden files book tonight and don't want to kill the game with me not being around until tomorrow.
All right. I still would like to hear your thoughts on other people and who you think ought to be the yeet if not you. And then I guess we'll go from there. I'm willing to wait for that.

My interaction with you will be a lot more productive with a claim to work with. That is how I do.

On my phone, so quoting is hard. I’ll just say @Chris, when you note that Cayvie did not have many votes so no need to claim, the reason is that many of us were withholding votes until he appeared.
Personally I would like the claim as I think it would greatly help determine the course of the day.

No.

Given Terry said his role was linked to Axel on d1 it's presumable that "targeted" means he was forced to protect Axel, I think
A villager being forced to protect a wolf is ~probably beyond bastard, lol, so I'm just going to clear Axel/Grape on that basis
If Terry got to choose his target in pregame and decided to dance around his claim and this is some huge gambit by Axel/Grape I think I just lose to Terry not openly claiming tbh it isn't worth spending brainpower on
My current guess is that Terry had to choose pre-game (or during D1?), and chose me, but also had the ability to switch it. Because it definitely doesn't make sense for him to be a "Town" Angel protecting a Mafia. That would make the role more like a Bodyguard, except it also takes the lynch for his target. Also, at least for some "Angel" roles, they don't "win" the game unless their target lives to the end. Don't know if that is the case here.
Anyway, I'm currently seeing Cayvie and Highroller as people of interest. Slightly concerned there appears to be so much general consensus on Cayvie. Highroller is kind of playing dumb again. I liked his D1, the fact he spent the entire time pushing a lynch on Town notwithstanding, but since then, it's been kind of hmmm. The mass claim argument is also kind of a Highroller thing I believe, which he'd probably have to suggest as scum in order to be consistent. But there are merits to it.

an important thing to keep in mind is that CC proooobably didn't realize that roleblocked players would be notified of such, given his play yesterday - so perhaps he picked a villager and was banking on claiming roleblocked?
I don’t understand what you are saying here. CC loudly announced that he was not RBed in his opening post of the day. How do you figure he was planning on claiming to have been RBed?
