Thanks for the input. I love reading your content. This comprehensive list might be a good starting point.
Indeed, the budget is quite narrow. I made a first draft with some card I already own but I was quickly heading towards the pricelimit. Who knew some commons have such a high value ^^
It's been a while since I played MtG. In august last year I tried picking up Commander again as it used to be my favorite format. Few mates and I triedto get back together, but busy schedules kept us from meeting up.
Fast forward to past friday. I joined a gaming club near my hometown. It hosts all kind of games but Guild Ball and MtG lured me in. MtG wise, several formats are present, including Commander. I suggested playing some pauper Commander but people were a bit reluctant. (Sad face)
As the evening goes by a friendly gentleman approaches me and tells me they do host some budget nights restricting total deck cost to 25 € (including commander and basics).
I decided to pick up on the challenge as my eyes fell on Alesha Who Smiles At Death. Thus I am now turning to the online community for some cool ideas, hidden obscure gems or general advice.
Back in the days I used to play control decks. Yet I'd like to stear away from those for now. My main idea would be a creature based toolbox deck that can win occasionally.
Any feedback is much appreciated.
Thanks in advance!
