Transmogrifying Wand converts their best creature into a 2/4 ground guy. That could buy me time (vs their Tempest Djinns, for example.)

How can I not have enough creatures for Smuggler's Copter but have enough for Curious Obsession? I don't want to CO my creature base that much...

MonoU in general hardly runs removal main. My SB Transmogrifying Wand isn't perfect but it's the bet I can come up w/.
