Frankenstein's Monster. It's not good, but it fits the theme, and has the distinction of being possibly the only creature that can put three different kinds of counters on itself.
Where do you want to go with it? You don't seen to mind running bad cards as long as they're thematic, but do you want a wide sampler that hits lots of tropes, or do you want a focused build that explores a couple aspects more in depth?
Black Cat is fairly generic but fits.
I mean, there's tons of options when it comes to ghosts, zombies, vampires, etc., as well as Living Death, Dance of the Dead, Corpse Dance, etc.
