RaikouRider - I find myself wanting a little more for GGGGG. I think the balance here is right, but the card only appeals to the Timmy in me.
Fajen Thygia - This feels very easy to play around and punishes you as well--perhaps even more since white is generally a combat focused color. Definitely a unique way to do a tax effect though.
Subject16 - Barring library manipulation effects like Top or Brainstorm. Spellpyre is always getting cast for its second mode and that second mode is way too strong. Its not hard to mill into a giant spell and then use a ritual effect to cast that spell turn 2 or 3.
mirrodin71- I think this is too slow requiring five counters, needing duplicates of nontoken creatures, and coming down for a double CC cost. You have to do a lot of work to get to the payoff and the feelbads if this gets disenchanted after all that are real...
Artorias- Strong sideboard tech. Think this card might do too much work for a single mana against the decks it would hurt most. I would probably still allow those creatures to block.
Eventide Sojourner- Love the name and devotion actually makes a lot of sense for Phyrexia. This is excellent execution and I could definitely see this card being printed. Edit: Want to add that unlike Reverent Hunter this costs triple black (way more difficult to hit on curve) and unlike Dread Shade is more susceptible to removal as an artifact. Also you can drop this card's P/T instantly by removing another permanent with black symbols in its cost midcombat.

Merfolk MentalistUU
Creature - Merfolk (R)
When Merfolk Mentalist enters the battlefield you may take control of target non-land permanent with a converted mana cost of 1 or less for as long as Merfolk Mentalist remains on the battlefield.
