It doesn't look like you really have any way to draw cards. If you get your graveyard exiled with only one or two cards in hand it seems like you'd run out of steam extremely fast. I feel like this deck would really enjoy having a Skullclamp and it would also help with this problem.
Maybe you don't sacrifice enough fodder, but I'm a huge fan of Pitiless Plunderer in sacrifice decks.
With all your land recursion Memorial to Folly could work as a bad Genesis. Also, with your dredge/land package Azusa, Lost but Seeking is a really good ramp creature. Especially with all your sacrifice lands.
This deck looks like it has a hard time actually getting people dead in an efficient amount of time. Might be worth slotting in Craterhoof Behemoth to end the game with Worm Harvest.
I will not recommend cards from the new set since I am sure you are on top of that.
Wirewood symbiote is a fairly good protection card/etb reuser that happens to go infinite with mirror entity and priest of titania or elvish archdruid or Harabaz Druid or any other card that somehow can tap for 3 or more mana (2 mana and you can get infinitely many etb triggers - in either case you can reduce the mana generation requirement by 1 if your creatures does not die when activating mirror entity for 0 - e.g. because all creatures have boosted toughness)
elvish guidance is annother creature type matters accel spell.
That wirewood symbiote combo is exactly the flavor of stupid I’m looking for. I hadn’t even put that together the first time I considered the symbiote.
Elvish guidance won’t make the cut specifically because it isn’t a creature for my silly combos like that one.
Haakon is cool but I’m not going to dedicate slots to getting him in the graveyard.
As for mana, Birchlore Rangers does not feel right, but it exists.
Sarkhan, Fireblood can cast much of your deck.
Qasali Slingers is repeatable disenchant in your deck.
Hrm. I’ll need to think about Birchlore Rangers some more. It’s way less explosive but has almost-haste and actually fixes colors.
Qasali Slingers is fantastic! I’m getting one of those this weekend for sure.
I love changeling decks. Using Ur-dragon is ideal here because the cost reduction + drawing cards on creatures attacking is needed gas because changelings themselves are weak individually.
Ever find space for something like Kindred Discovery or Knight Exemplar? You have so many options, which is the nice thing about a deck like this. Is Scourge of Valkas hard to cast here? It may need some manabase adjustments but the potential is there.
These decks are never really too strong, but they're amusing to watch and can still pull off wins.
I thought about adding Knight Exemplar but usually no one bothers killing my changelings, they kill the synergy pieces. I’ve cut a bunch of lords that protected them because of this. I was also running Sliver Hivelord instead of Knight Exemplar as it does the same thing but also protects itself.
Scourge of Valkas suffers from not being as good as my other dragons and I’m really trying to limit the number of tribal synergies to 3. I give a pass for synergies that enable infinite combos (dragons, slivers and soon elves).
Kindred Discovery is probably good enough. When I first read it I didn’t realize it was on attack also and only thought it wasn’t ETB. I’ll have to consider some more. This list is getting tight. -.-
Ur-Dragon is way better than Morophon as a commander. Ur-Dragon does the same amount of cost reduction except while not on the battlefield. Ur-Dragon can also get me back into the game with lots of card draw. Morophon also makes the ur-dragon cost 5 less and is tutorable via moggcatcher.
This deck is looking for tribal specific ramp/mana fixings cards more than anything else (like Thunderherd Migration, Harabaz Druid) but I don't know if any more of them really exist. As it turns out having 10/35 lands only tapping for colorless (for non-changelings) makes casting things like Azami, Lady of Scrolls REALLY hard.
Also, I've found that I'm pretty weak towards non-creature threats like enchantments and artifacts as I only have twoways to destroy enchantments (both of which always instantly die to removal) and three (four?) to destroy artifacts.
Extremely obscure tribal cards are always welcome too.
Only thing that springs to my mind is Thran Temporal Gateway since it plays effectively every card in your deck and your curve is pretty high. It also functions as Raff #2 in case he's getting murdered a lot. It would actually ramp pretty well and you can just play it end of turn when you have spare mana floating around. Extra points if you also add unwinding clock.
Here's my Shirei Aristocrats deck. Mine's a little more of a combo-y go wide -> Zulaport Cutthroat to kill the table. It's more about looping my own creatures for personal value than as removal but it's got a ton of creatures with triggered abilities on death that you might find worthwhile to try out.
Looking at this deck it feels almost plodding to me. I personally bask in mana-inefficiency. I really enjoy slowly looping stuff for card advantage, but at some point you gotta kill the table. I struggle to see how casting a six drop a turn and then attacking people with them (especially since most don't have any evasion) is actually going to get there. If that's good enough for your meta then awesome, but it wouldn't stand up the the hate that I usually see. I guess my best example is that I don't think that this deck can beat basically any maelstrom wanderer deck.
Lord of Extinction goes well with Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord. He might also help you actually kill the table a little faster. Plus if you have extra lands around he can recur himself nicely for pod and such.
Do Torment of Hailfire and Marionette Master actually do enough? You can generate some additional mana for Torment, but it doesn't look like a back breakingly large amount. With Marionette Master it looks like you only sacrifice one or two creatures a turn. Is 4 damage really enough? Is the token making really that helpful either? There's only a small handful of token synergies.
Joraga Treespeaker is great. Its a slightly less good sol ring, which is still really good.
Weak links? Thunderfoot Baloth - You're slamming huge creatures not a bunch of tokens. He seems underwhelming. Mage-Ring Network - This seems waaaay slow. I get you can dump extra mana in it while rattlesnaking with flash cards. But eh? There's got to be something better right? Garruk Wildspeaker - Does he do enough? You're not really tapping lands during your turn anyway. I guess he's good with cradle?
Boring card recommendations - Sol Ring and tooth and nail. Everyone plays them because they're boringly good. I assume they'd be boringly good here too.
Less boring recommendation - Crop Rotation. I heard Gaea's Cradle is a good card, this effectively lets you play two of them. It also allow for some hilarious end of turn plays with Yeva. Flash in Cradle, make a ton of mana, flash in a lethal board that no one was expecting. If you're really on the Gaea's Cradle abuse train you can also add Magus of the Candelabra and Sylvan Scrying.
Speaking of cards that are good with Gaea's Crade, Wolfbriar Elemental can make a large army if you're generating as much mana as it looks like you want. It's super weak to wraths, but Yeva sidesteps that nicely.
Least boring recommendation - Hunting Pack. Not the most competitive but Hunting Pack could definitely be hilarious here since you're always holding up so much mana. Probably not worth it from a strict power level perspective, but definitely worth it for the look on the face of the first opponent you blow out with it.
This deck seems really weird to me. I have a hard time imagining it doing good in my area. Purely because its win-conditions are slow and they kill people in a way that is highly annoying. For example Painful Quandary is super strong, but I've found cards like that rapidly turn the game into archenemy until you're dead.
Also, I assume there isn't many super-friends decks in the metagame because this deck looks extremely weak against planewalkers.
I don't understand Venser's Journal. I feel like its to help cover the life loss from your general. Yet, you're also running Null Brooch. Has the journal been good enough? Maybe Druidic Satchel? Yeah, druidic satchel seems really good here, it either gains you 2 life (effectively a card draw) or ramps you. Seems good.
Volcano Hellion is a really cool card. Is it just a reoccurring removal spell for this deck or is there some other synergy I'm missing? If so, I've been impressed with Patron of the Vein in my other decks. It might be better for you especially with Olivia turning everyone into vampires.
This deck looks painfully slow. There's no ramp or even card draw to ensure land-drops. It's massively full of anti-synergy. It's trying to play big durdly 6 drops and a million wraths with no recursion. I feel like most pre-cons would dismantle this deck with minimal difficulty.
I'm not really into the lab man wins, hence I haven't commented on this deck. But since you're on Proggy anyway, I'd hope you've got Finest Hour for the OTK.
I currently use Savage Beating instead as I can get it back from my graveyard with Mystic Retrieval. I also find it humorous to deal 40 damage to people to one-shot them from their starting life not even needing general damage.
I've actually found Laboratory Maniac wins to be fairly underwhelming also. My plan A is usually 30 worm tokens with Grixis charm pumping them (ironically I added that charm for the other two modes and now almost exclusively use it as a pump spell).
I am kind of in the same boat as others in that the build you have for Progenitus isn't really my style, but I wonder if a Doomsday package would make sense. I am sure I missed something, but as your comment in the thread mentiones, your favorite play is Spell Crumple into Tunnel Vision and win with LabMan. I do think this an interesting method of winning with LabMan, it does seem conditional and slow. Whereas Doomsday should be able to work on its own. You would obviously have to change the deck to put in cards to win off Doomsday, but it seems like it could be more consistent.
I'm actually not super interested in increasing consistency. I don't enjoy "combo" per say. I enjoy creating extravagant rube goldberg machines that are hilariously mana inefficient and result in only marginal advantage. For example the following play I find immensely satisfying. Faithless Looting, discard Drownyard Temple. Pay 3 to return Drownyard Temple to play. Play a bounceland, return Drownyard Temple to hand. Flashback, Faithless Looting and discard Drownyard Temple. Pay 3 to return Drownyard Temple to play.
The Spell Crumple into Tunnel Vision amuses me a lot because Tunnel Vision is usually used on a hindered opponents spell in my experience. Hence, targeting myself with it is different and weird and kinda neat. Spell Crumple's self-tuck is basically flavor text for almost every deck. So combining these two weird parts of theses spells to gain significant advantage makes me really happy. The winning with lab man is the least exciting part of this whole thing by quite a lot.
Since I am not a combo player, and I am not a fan of "you win the game" cards (for a variety of reasons), I like your choice to include Worm Harvest has a win condition. This just speaks to me as a good payoff card to an almost puzzle like setup to get enough cards in your graveyard. What about including Anger so those Worms have Haste when they come down?
Another "combo" might be Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord and Lord of Extinction. You already have Dread Return and Unburial Rites and this could be another win condition as you slowly builds things up. It is less of a surprise since players will eventually see one or the other in the graveyard during your slow trickle of building up your graveyard, but for your one shot with Tunnel Vision, it can just come out of nowhere.
I'm a little worried as World Shaper has super-anti synergy with worm harvest so I think I need another way to efficiently end folks.
I like the Lord of Extinction idea, Anger also seems like it would be great with him, proggy and the worms. I'm slightly worried with anger and Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord that I wouldn't have enough basics lands. I only have 2 mountains in the deck which would make me even more reliant on Life From the Loam than I already am (which I am a lot). Note: I'm also planning on cutting Ramunap Excavator in the near future.
In a similar vein, Centaur Vinecrasher would probably be decent. How do you think gravitic punch would compare to anger or Jarad? It'd be significantly easier to set up with Lord of Extinction but basically useless outside of that card.
I'm a huge sucker for self-mill. Drownyard Temple seems like it'd be really good in your deck. It's another colorless land slot, but it's basically free ramp with your general.
With all the 2/2 zombie fodder your deck pumps out, Dread Return seems like it'd be great. While less synergistic, I can also see Unburial Rites doing good things.
I'd also recommend reassembling skeleton as a bad second gravecrawler. It doesn't work well with all your zombie synergy cards but works very well with your more random aristocrat cards like Eldrazi Monument, Ghoulcaller Gisa, and Skullclamp and that's ignoring the massive amount of discard outlets you have.
Grave Pact and dictate of erebos are also a pretty good cards as it turns out. I'm guessing they're also not in here for budget reasons?
Maybe you don't sacrifice enough fodder, but I'm a huge fan of Pitiless Plunderer in sacrifice decks.
I personally like Big Game Hunter more than Bone Shredder. Plus it's fantastic with Survival of the Fittest.
With all your land recursion Memorial to Folly could work as a bad Genesis. Also, with your dredge/land package Azusa, Lost but Seeking is a really good ramp creature. Especially with all your sacrifice lands.

I also find that True Conviction rapidly accelerates the death of the table to random dumb beaters.

I like angels. Sue me.

For a TL;DR of that deck though...
From experience my Phyrexian Altar and Ashnod's Altar are the best free sacrifice outlets available.
Attrition and Vampiric Rites are also exceptionally good sacrifice outlets (that require a mana cost).
Pitiless Plunderer is filthy strong. You should really give him a whirl.
Harvester of Souls draws a bunch of cards, and extra off your general.
Black Market and Revel in Riches both get extra triggers off Teysa Karlov. I've not actually cast either of them, but I get the feeling they'll be good.
Non-Shirei cards I'd recommend...
Pitiless Pontiff if you really need another sacrifice outlet
martyr's bond seems better than Butcher of Malakir.
Academy Rector would be great.

Anyway, onto card suggestions... on the more expensive side: this deck seems really reliant on Birthing Pod and your only tutors are on Sidisi, Undead Vizier and Rune-Scarred Demon. Demonic Tutor is a pretty good card.
Mana Reflection or Zendikar Resurgent might allow you to be a little more explosive in actually slamming multiple spells a turn.
Lord of Extinction goes well with Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord. He might also help you actually kill the table a little faster. Plus if you have extra lands around he can recur himself nicely for pod and such.
Reassembling Skeleton would be good with skullclamp, trading post, Smokestack, birthing pod and a handful of other cards.

Also, I assume there isn't many super-friends decks in the metagame because this deck looks extremely weak against planewalkers.
Starting recommendations:
Crucible of Worlds. I mean you're running Smallpox.
Mindslicer. You want everyone with no hands, this does that.
Seems good.
I feel like Liliana of the Dark Realms, Liliana of the Veil, Liliana Vess, Liliana, Dreadhorde General would all compliment your gameplan very well. Could also add in Liliana's Triumph instead of Chainer's Edict.
This deck seems really light on instant speed removal. I'd try to squeeze in some Go for the Throat and friends.

I'm rather fond of Balthor the Defiled as a mass reanimation spell.
Wouldn't Grim Haruspex and Midnight Reaper be better than Phyrexian Rager? In a similar vein Harvester of Souls is a beefy version that triggers off everyone.
Soldevi Adnate is an exceptional ramp creature, especially with Olivia giving him haste. It's basically Burnt Offering on a creature.
Also if you like Sire of Insanity, Mindslicer is a cheaper 1-shot of the same effect.

Even on theme, I think a bunch of the legendary creature choices are just extremely weak, I'd cut Masako the Humorless, Takeno, Samurai General, Oathkeeper, Takeno's Daisho, Opal-Eye, Konda's Yojimbo, Kongming, "Sleeping Dragon", Sensei Golden-Tail, Hikari, Twilight Guardian, Hope of Ghirapur
I'd replace them with some combination of Bruna, the Fading Light, Gisela, the Broken Blade, Linvala, Keeper of Silence, Odric, Lunarch Marshal, Hixus, Prison Warden, Baird, Steward of Argive, Mageta the Lion, Michiko Konda, Truth Seeker, Patron of the Kitsune, Reya Dawnbringer, Sram, Senior Edificer, Teshar, Ancestor's Apostle, Thalia, Heretic Cathar, God-Eternal Oketra, or Kataki, War's Wage
Planeswalkers have never felt particularly legendary to me. So honestly, I'd cut most of them too. Specifically Ajani Goldmane, Gideon, Champion of Justice, Ajani Steadfast, and Elspeth Tirel for sure but I don't really care for most of the others much either.
Azor's Gateway, Oketra's Monument, Sword of the Animist, Tamiyo's Journal, The Immortal Sun, Thran Temporal Gateway are the only legendary ramp/card advantage artifacts that I found. I'd certainly slot all 6 of them in.
Glancing through legendary lands I'd also add Geier Reach Sanitarium, Mikokoro, Center of the Sea, and Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx
