In terms of recent prints, pretty much nothing. Some of the MRD era stuff sees occasional modern or legacy play, like Cranial Plating. There's a glass cannon modern combo deck that runs all of the 0 CMC equipment with Puresteel Paladin and Sram, Senior Edificer, so that probably runs one or two more recent prints. Otherwise, I'm not really aware of anything. I'm not at all a standard player, so there may be something there that I'm missing. I wouldn't even be able to guess at what, though. WotC has played it much safer with equipment after the early busted ones.
All of that said and bringing it back to the original topic, I still have trouble seeing Stoneforge in a commander precon. There's enough speculation that it's going to see a modern unban, it sees enough legacy play, and it's a popular enough casual card that any deck including it ends up being the in demand one unless the other decks have correspondingly high profile reprints. As much as WotC claims they don't follow secondary market pricing, they're very careful with how much value they put into precon products.

Is that just a carryover from Cawblade in standard back in the day? If so, that's dumb, because I can't imagine a Cawblade deck that would even have a chance in Modern.
That and presumably because it limits future design space for equipment. That's also a terrible argument because we're (a) unlikely to see anything on the level of Swords or Batterskull again and (b) Skullclamp and Umezawa's Jitte are (rightly) also banned. It's consistently on the community's radar as a possible unban, which is why it goes up in price every January before dropping back down gradually. It does see some legacy play, but probably not enough to drive prices compared to EDH demand. If it is ever unbanned in modern, expect the price to double or triple over the short term as those players grab them. It's not something to sleep on forever if you want more copies.

Does the Top see significant play in Modern, Legacy or Vintage? If so it probably wouldn't - and shouldn't - be reprinted in a Commander project. Most of the rest of what people are recommending seem pretty solid options, and definitely Rhystic Study.
Banned in modern and legacy. Paper vintage isn't a big enough thing to drive prices and I'd hazard a guess that Top isn't the financial hurdle for most people interested in that format. EDH is probably the primary driver of demand for the card at this point unless there's more 60 card casual demand for the card than I'm giving it credit.
I'd like to see more P3K reprints, particularly Three Visits. Dong Zhou, the Tyrant and Yuan Shao, the Indecisive would also be good ones. There have been a number of P3K reprints in these sets in the past, so it's not out of the realm of possibility.
