They should reprint the original 5 decks. I would be happy if they spent a year off planning new decks and instead just reprint the first 5 again. (Of course i may not be saying this if i still had the first 5 and bot sold most of the cards.)
No. Reprint decks, sure - the more the merrier. But do that in place of new ones? No way. I already have all the cards I want from the first several years of precons.
Thought of a couple more I'd like to see. Ophiomancer - Great card, like to see the price drop a little. Attrition - Same. No Mercy - Expensive, like to see the price drop a lot. Crypt Rats - I have a lot of copies, but I just want this printed in the modern frame.
Please don't reprint Rhystic Study. The more people forget that that thing even exists, the better, as it only creates miserable games where one schmuk always decides to not pay for his vanilla 5/5's or something.
Except no one is going to forget (I assume you were being facetious), and the price is only going to climb higher and higher unless it gets a reprint (and I don't count judge promos as a reprint - I mean in a set or a precon).
Rhystic Study - it's stupid how much this costs for a damn uncommon from one of the worst sets in MTG history.
And yet, in Masters 25, where they promised an iconic card from each set in Magic's history, the "iconic" card from Prophecy was not Rhystic Study(the most iconic, most valuable, and most-needing-a-reprint card from the set) or even Spore Frog, a perfectly serviceable common that's never seen a reprint. Instead, they chose Plague Wind, a (very nearly) strictly worse In Garruk's Wake (barring regeneration effects).
