I think you should cut Desolation Twin. Yes, the 10/10 token is nice, but unfortunately you need to get to 10 mana, and then you turn your team into vanilla beaters. I don't think it's great.
I think you can cut some of the slower, weaker token makers, like Goblin Assault and Myr Battlesphere. Meloku is also tough since you have so many expensive spells.

You need a lot more ramp. Commander's Sphere, Fellwar Stone, Thought Vessel, Hedron Archive, Coalition Relic and coldsteel heart should all be in the deck.

You need to make a lot of cuts, because considering you are Red/Blue, you have almost no card draw. You need at least 5 draw spells. I am thinking Fact or Fiction, Bident of Thassa, Chart a Course, Mulldrifter, Treasure Cruise. I also think Padeem, Consul of Innovation makes a lot of sense.
