PURPOSE
The intent of these rules is to give MtG Arena its own budget variant that fits that platform's focus on Standard.
DECK CONSTRUCTION
Limited-Constructed uses 40-card decks, making it easier to get enough cards. Additonally, fewer card duplicates are allowed at higher rarities. Decks are allowed to use no more than:
4 copies of each common;
3 copies of each uncommon;
2 copies of each rare;
1 copy of each mythic rare.
RARITY CONFLICT
The Limited-Constructed rules can be applied to any Constructed format, but even in Standard it is possible for a card to have been released at multiple rarity levels. When an card is available at multiple rarities, the most common rarity is used to determine the number of copies allowed.
