Yeah, do you want to lose to Tron all the time or 2/3 of the time, is the question regarding Trophy basically.
Assassin's Trophy alone is barely a speed bump for Tron. It's a better plan for Rock because they can run Field of Ruin or Ghost Quarter main-deck and thus have multiple ways to destroy lands main-deck along with some number of Fulminator Mages side-board. Throw in a few Surgical Extraction and Rock has a good chance to keep them off of the big mana, especially after side-boarding. Jund probably isn't nearly as likely to achieve that and should rely on killing them quickly. Fortunately, Jund is a little better at that than Rock.
I don’t think lili’s triumph is gonna be all that great tbh. Many, many decks in modern go wide rather than tall and edicts just aren’t effective against that style. As is most BGx decks play 4, or sometimes fewer, LotV. Adding diabolical edict is largely unneeded redundancy.
I think the card is very playable, but people seem to be overreacting big time. I don’t see this card making it out of the sideboard, and even then it’s probably only to be included when you’re fearing specifically bogles.
This sounds about right. There are probably a few other corner cases, Through the Breach, maybe?
Cabal Therapist is only useful in conjunction with one of the spells that let you look at the opponent's hand.
He doesn't hurt like Thoughtseize but he takes a turn. I guess if they use a removal spell on him it's a break-even but there are several spells that will take out him and another X-1 you might care more about. Either way, you might not get the card you wanted.
I don't see any point in playing him over a discard spell in any more-or-less conventional GBx list.
Cherry on top would be the keyword you "May" exile them to get Dredge when Kalitas isn't out and to get Zombies when he is.
When there are two replacement effects, doesn't the player who controls the effects get to choose which one is used?
True. If there are multiple replacement effects, the owner of the object chooses which one will affect it.
If it's a forced effect like it is now, than the other play may choose which effect exiles them. However if Anger of the God's said you "may" exile them instead, it's your card, you cast it, and you can choose if you wanted to exile them or not. If you choose not, than Kalitas's not-may ability forces the exile and you would get zombies and your opponent would have no say. That was my point, wishing for a sweeper where the exile was a "may."
Your point was clear from the beginning, I just wasn't clear on the rule about multiple replacement effects.

You're saying the owner of the permanent affected chooses if I understand correctly. That isn't what I said. You are probably right, so the opponent would probably choose to not let one get those Zombie tokens. One could get the Zombies for one's own, unfortunate creatures.
NoSB and Ishkanah were for testing. I didnt like NoSB, would have rather had another Anger vs Elves, maybe its better vs scales affinity instead of Anger, not sure.
Many GBx players are playing Languish these days. It's really good versus Spirits in particular as well as the other go-wide decks. It is often still Goyf-friendly as well.
Thats what I am thinking too, BB can buy needed time. I will test the card against aggro a bit and see how it goes I think.
Among the worst feelings in the world is to see Liliana, the Last Hope across from Bitterblossom. I played against Faerie Tribal a few weeks ago and his Bitterblossoms contributed significantly to his loss.
One game, I snatched his BB on turn one and he snatched my LoTV on turn-two. My turn-two Goyf was HUGE!
Another game, he played BB turn-two and I played Lily turn three.
BB requires some life-gain to balance the slow bleeding. I don't think Jund typically runs enough. Scooze and Collective Brutality are about it. Scooze's ability to gain life is highly match-up dependent and Jund doesn't seem to like CB the way Rock does.
Secondly, what are opinions regarding maindeck nihil spellbomb to enable grim flayer? Is it too clunky?
I guess my general question is: what’s the best delirium enabler?
One does see Nihil Spellbombs in lists both main-deck and side-board.
Mishra's Bauble was the go-to back when Abzan Traverse was a thing. I'm not sure Jund wants that but most Junders don't seem to like Grim Flayer anyway.
